Artist Comments This is a sort of sequel to the "Journey to Death" and in this I have tried to depict the realisation of the prisoners who are taken from their 'sanctuary' and marched to the CHAMBERS where they meet with horror and have no escape.The panic they must have felt when they eventually knew what was in store for them. Their nievity initially became a stark reality and a strange calmness befell them.The quietness of the air was eerie the end was here....................
