'tude Vox is a state of mind.  It started at the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.  That's when old stereo types from the 50's no longer fit post World War II society.  There was outrageous talk of "Consciousness Evolution" and ordinary people becoming enlightened.

That's when I was born.  Raised in a strict Roman Catholic home with New Thought education for a chaser, the world didn't make sense.  How can a good and loving god be vengeful?  I just didn't get it.  Thinking it was my inability to comprehend the Divine Wisdom of the centuries, I bought into the values, learned the dogma and kept to myself.  I couldn't understand the purpose of war.  I curiously nodded when people talked behind each other's back, spewed the poison of prejudice and deceived everyone for personal gain.

For decades, I did the do, playing by an imaginary set of rules and principles embedded in my mind much further back than my time as Rosemarie.  Through college, graduate school then the jet-set life as a management consultant, I firmly believed I could affect a discernable difference in the foreseeable future AND live to tell about it.

My career in the mortgage banking industry finally burst my bubble.  I knew I wouldn't break the bank doing business ethically but expected it would sufficiently provide for me as I served my clients with respect and kindness on the side.  I was wrong.

Finally, my life-long love of singing demanded a meaningful outlet.  My music career has evolved out of my discontent and disconnect with status quo.  Every institution in the world is on the verge of total devastation.  Corruption is at the core of every one.  It has to change.

Mainstream has started to catch on to the ancient teachings of "the Law of Attraction".  The "New Age" has injected "The Secret" wisdom into a world of power dominated greed.  In a fast-food society, Truth is shrouded by the insatiable need for immediate gratification.  No one wants to work for anything.

That's where 'tude Vox can help!  Music is the power of thought magnified by the majic of sound.  The brain is a computer, accepting programming from external stimuli.  'tude Vox makes music with real emotion (not Sunday-school proper) then provides a healthy resolution.  Making the "Law of Attraction" work for the average human requires effortless re-programming.  'tude Vox is at your service.

I am Rosemarie Ashley, singer/songwriter/co-producer and founder of 'tude Vox.  You can call me Ro.  Scott Sumner of Audio Magic co-writes most of the songs.  He either writes the music or makes majical arrangements for the music I write.  He's also my engineer, producer, bartender and mentor.  Scott has the patient genius to guide and direct my artistic expression.  He has worked with some big names from Detroit like George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelics, Eminem, D-12, Kid Rock, Temptations, Twiztid and the 4 Tops.  I am honored and grateful to work with Scott.

Randy Lynch works miracles with the guitar and is my cheer-leading squad.  Jim Orzel works the drums for me when I ask nice and bring the beer.  Shane Capone is the cat that I insisted drag me into the studio.  Seeing his success with Rock City Records inspired me to begin expressing my passion for music and enlightenment.  Shane also rocked the house for some nasty good times as my featured artist on "Do Me".

Thanks to Jason Harbour for the cool graphics to the picture.
