This is really good, loving the bass line and the synths!
Im a hooj fan of breakbeat.. loved the 89-92 era.. .and this takes me back.. Great tune!
I liked it better before the changes, but still good!
this would be slammin in a club its one of the best ive listened to so far gr8 work
wow..this a rockin tune, real ass shaker this one! lurv it gotta go and listen to more of your sounds.x njoi d rate
feckin great trak! class from start to finish! have been told some of my trance traks are very breakbeat and havin' listened to this i can see the bloody attraction, may have to join the dark side myself now. really great foot stomping head rocking trak, well deserved rating recommend and download
Love the progression, sounds better with the more consistant sound that comes in halfway through (though the two sounds work well together). Is a real catchy hook, am really enjoying it, is the sort of thing I'd try out on a dirty guitar Envy stylee. Cool :-)
This is tuff! And that's a good thing! Think it's my favorite of your so far. If a song can get it on...this one did! :)
It all sounds 'good to go' for me again, I was a massive fan of this the first time around, played it for a mate, the other night, he was really impressed with...so there, great stuff :)
Very energizing tune - starts out with that funky beat. This is a fun track! :)
nice beat. good vocal. tight bass. the main syth is too squeaky for my liking. can really here your trance background throughout and it works well imo. tops
Certainly sounding a lot better, although I still think the kick could be a touch more tougher! Still a massive improvement! I now consider this a keeper! :D
does sound more direct,ha ha cant really comment on it bud it would be like someone in a skoda telling someone in a ferrari hes not drivin it properly, the last breakbeat i listened to was the techno type stuff easygroove played was a huge fan of it years ago, this is similar with a mordern twist and i really like it,good sh!t
Hi dude, been a while since I've heard any of your stuff. You seem to have more breakbeat on your page than trance now, I always associated you more with trance before for some reason. Anyways, the track sounds cool, certainly has a hard edge to it. Really like the build at 3:00, works very well. One thing about this track I reckon you could to is add some variation, that melody is good but goes throughout most the track, tho it does change right near the end. Just an idea! Production sounds good to me too. Nice one :P
Sounds good to me. Sorry can't get too technical here as i'd be lost. lol. Great sounds tho, v good production. Cheers Rogue
Cant rate again because i did before but if i could i would! :)
Now theres an offer below you cant refuse!!! lol Ok back to the track, listening now i kinda liked the reverb'd drums abit now! lol Everythings sounding alot clearer in this version and is it just me or did you throw some extra Distortion/Dither on that first synth? Might be just because it has less reverb on it now? One thing that sounds kinda out of place was the vocal on the build up seemed to have a little too much reverb on it! hahah Fussy ....er or what?! Still liking this track alot Tim and the build upshave alot more impact and punch to them now! Anyways i wont go on like i did before so i will leave and say niiiiice one bud! Best of luck with It! Marty
*****2nd Mix Added-- All comments above this are for the 2nd mix******
Love the synth line! I agree that the drums could be a lot more powerful! If you upload another version, let me know... I may even want to remix this at some point!
This has a very 'quirky' vibe to it, which i think is absolute class, I think the occassional vocal sample you have used is ok, but I think this needs a full blown vocal line on or at least a couple of one liners belted out here and there...bloody good stuff mate, big thumbs up from me :)
That is a hard sound man ! I like the synth line. The bass sound under (sounds like a somewhat distorted M1 house organ) is sweet. I'm not much into these hard tracks, but I can apreciate a good production !
Now that's a quality dance track with balls. A good pumping beat, sweet bassline, and an excellent array of synths, with good effects, the cutoff reverb is particularly well done. The structure of the track is fine, developing slowly and with lots of variation. Dirty and hard, that's how we like em!
Good stuff, does have a 90's feel to it, great dance floor vibes, beats don't sound bad to me, Good track.
haha haaaaar Love that cheeky bass stab follow Quality Tim mate, loving those builds Just needs more power on the drums, as i think the compression nabs some of the power in the kick But quality
I love readng some of the comments on these offerings... and don't understand a word :-) lol why do I bother reading them?.....LFO'S? the compressor fighting with cutoff? sheesh! Velocity changes? it certainly does especially when you get to my age ;-) Hey its a damn good track!!!! And I enjoyed this one. Soory Marty.. just kidding;-)
great track mate, deffo 1 of your best but cocaine is me fav, another cool as fuk tune:)
cool track tim lad...cool filters...i quite like the reverb...in headphones tho so not sure over speakers...really cool builds and good use of the vocal sample...nice lfo :) kicks nice has an old skool prodigy vibe to it...and early hardcore :) very cool track thumbs up
I enjoyed it......overall sound is good and the synths work well....I think some pad sweeps would be good to fatten it and also maybe a key change for the final block to add variety.......good track though. Kevin Mooney
Awesome, just friggin' awesome!
Soory i have dontknowwhentoshutititus! lol
Ooh i know this is gonna be another dirty ass track! lol Nice opening riffs and kinda like the drums not really sure yet with the reverb. Some nice little vocals samples and as Jez said very 90s (In a good way)! Nice breakdown and build up especially with that higher octave synth mixing with the low distorted one! Im warming to the drums now tho! lol At around 2-25 the beat is cool as fook, has that t0rex stomping in jurassic park! haha sorry its the only way i could describe it! lol Another little breakdown for a little rest is much needed and it comes and builds gain beautifully! I like the effects your using like the LFOs and the degraded/distorted effect of the synths. As the drums fade out at the end i can hear the compressor fighting with the cutoff but i could be wrong and it just might be some good velocity changes! lol Anyways have to say its a nazzzzty ass track withsome great synth work (As usual lol) and i like the reverb now! lol Im like a woman who cant make up her mind eh? lol Anyways best of luck with it Tim! Marty
Some phat riffs and that power stab give this track an uplifting 90s vibe. The drums don't quite have the impact though. They are too bright/lack weight and have too much reverb. Otherwise its a well made dancefloor track. Good work.
I've been making music on and off since school, when a Christian Aid group held a presentation at assembly. At the end they gave everyone a Bible and a copy of Dance eJay
Needless to say, I never used the Bible
As heard on Car Jack Streets. Out now on iPhone and iPod Touch
Using mostly Reason 3.0 and Cubase SX along with an Edirol PCR-M50 I make tunes of various genres, mainly Dance, Trance and Breakbeat

Next rack up is a track by Tim EP (Digital Jeggernaut) called Electro Robot, a track which I am very familiar with as I commented on it when it was released and also downloaded a remix pack which Tim released containing all of the main elements of the song. I did actually spend quite a bit of time messing about with the samples in Ableton live and became very familiar with the sound. The samples T
Is it just me, or is the synthesized/vocoded speech coming back into fashion? I'm hearing it nearly everywhere these days (even I've been guilty of using it recently)! Yes... this track has some Stephen Hawkings sound-a-like vocals (thankfully, there are no awkward pauses before each line), and this is played pretty much throughout the track! This sounds pretty cool, although it could do with havi
Words are scary shit. Just looking at this artists name, and the title alone has sent me into a downward spiral - long before I hear so much as a note of music. The obvious conclusion to leap to is the same as always, I don't have a lot of empathy with straightforward electronica and even less for the Dance strain of the genre. At this point, Tim EP (for it is he) is probably cra
I would suggest that if you have not heard the original, do so now for a fuller picture of this track……. Money Beatz This track was originally written by Redshirt Theory, Money Clips, and progressed to the collaboration with 3rd option and Acro (both ex-Mid-L-Men), Money Beatz. DiJu got his colossal hooks and twisted imagination on it next BOOM
12 Inch Blade by Digital Juggernaut Okay – it’s not exactly a picture of a digital juggernaut but it is from a postage stamp and, if you were able to turn it over you would find, on the back, more than enough room for me to write what I know about breakbeat J - so with that in mind, I’m going to start off writing about something I do know a bit more about – language. Juggerna
For those of you who don’t know me I am the singer/song writer here at mp3unsigned.com. You find some of my tunes as half of the duet Serenity (www.mp3unsigned.com/serenity.asp) and as solo artist RainyD (www.mp3unsigned.com/rainyd.asp). Tim asked for this review when I offered some up recently. Now a tribute to a TV programme, now this is different for me! I have seen the show and some friend
Okay then so once again Tim Ep ( Digital Juggernaut )is another artist that I have got to know a little since joining this site. Being only twenty two he shows great potential in his music and has a real happy go lucky personality. He can be cheeky at times lol, but never fails to make me laugh. Sadly he is going to be off travelling soon and I for one will miss he's little jokes and quirky sense
I am a little late in getting round to review this Digitial Juggernaut collaboration with mp3unsigned favourites, minus13 TIME and Abeey. But boy was it worth the wait. I'm sorry but this tune - for all its experimentation, breakbeat, call it what you want - is 100 per cent commercial in my book. There's some Mike Skinner-esque rapping, great beats, perfect synth accompianment, and pr
Today’s review is Tim e.p aka Digital Juggernaut Pandemonium (feat Minus13, TIME & Abeey) From the intro to the finale this is a massive massive collab. featuring a couple of big hitters on this site Minus 13 and the up and coming vocal queen of smiles Abeey Williams. Also a name I haven’t come across a guy who goes by the name of time. The track is in the hip-hop genre, un
As I have said previously, this is certainly not my Genre but I know what I like and I defo liked this from Tim (Aka Digital Juggernaut.) The addition of Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech was inspired and really keeps the listener interested.I actually watched the original speech on TV in the 60s ( yup I AM that old!) and Trance was not a word which was associated with music generally,
Digital Juggernauts remix of Redshirt Theory's Money Beats definitely accomplishes what Tim set out to do, and that was to make the track sound different than Redshirt's version while keeping the same theme. As a big fan of Redshirt's version I wasn't sure of what to expect becasue it's always tough to put your stamp on someone else's work and make it feel diff
this track is just massive. Sure its a remix of a track ive done called "Money Beatz" so i may be a bit partial. But what really impresses me about Digital Juggernaut is the performance. He chopped and sliced and diced, turned my samples into his own melodies masterfully. Id encourage you to listen to the original to see how different he made this track. I like at lea
Digital Juggernaut is the band name of Tim Spicer, a 22 year old producer and DJ from Warwickshire,UK. A new name to me from MP3 Unsigned to be sure, and one that works in the Breakbeats field too, which - as you well know - isn't always a good place for me to find decent tracks. Funnily enough, MP3 Unsigned seems to be home to a lot of Breakbbeat artists, so it's a bit puzzling that I
Breakbeat - a genre that I'm really just starting to get into. Am I gonna be swayed by the fact that this appeals to my tastes? No, there's no real need. Let me explain: from the very start I could tell that this was gonna be good. The guitar-like sound that opens is excellent, suitably 'funky'. The drums themselves are good and solid, not overly complicated, but doing their job well. The voc
Here goes been slow in my reviews of late but lets get the show on the road Tim ep AKA Digital Juggernaut track so dam funky live Lucky for Tim I been playing this track for the past 2 days J the guitar sample is a work of art, fits the mood of the track so well. the synth sound are very nice deffo the kind I would use in a shoot. The vocals are very nice, foxy vocals how o
Hello mates! This is the first time I’m reviewing Tim EP (also, my first victim with my new rating system for reviews), otherwise known as…well you should know who he is. He’s the Juggernaut b****!! Sorry I couldn’t resist myself!! Well to be more specific, he’s the Digital Juggernaut and dwells in the electronic realm. He can make songs ranging from break bea
Digital Juggernaut is an up and coming musician who shares my rational and logical take on life. the irony is people will use logic and reason to make their music, but what use it in other things. First my criticisms. The vocal samples were a little repitive for me. and the "previously on lost" got tiresome to me. although 6 is not a low rating, its considered low for som
Ok here goes! starting with the sample which makes up the bulk of the track and song title rightly so, it sends a message off to start the track off, and one that returns throughout the track, a nice touch, but what about the music i hear you cry!!!? musically theres alot of very brief sounds in this track, theres nothing really solid to comment on ( not a bad thing at all) but theres no rea
Well this is about the hardest hitting song in the review session so far, it comes at you very hard, with some great synth sounds, which you have to admire, they are so crisp and powerful true floor filler sounds coupled with a killer acid synth sound which couples with the lead synth very well. The melody in this song is great it has a real feel to it, which i would be dancing like a nutcas
I must say im fast becoming a fan of this artist's work, he has a tendancy to pick up on vocal samples which either make me laugh or just sit there with my mouth open. Which will bring me right onto the point of vocal effects, not only is the vocal sample a rgeat one, its also cut, sliced, diced and genrally messed up in a fashion which leaves me breathless, im familier with it because my grou
I saw the words, "hard" and "breakbeat" and i couldn't resist but take this review on, but im still not sure i would class it as breakbeat, probably again becuase my groups music jumps about more than your adverage erm... jumping thing, but this dosnt mean that it hasnt got a really hard edge to it. This track is very hard hitting and i love it for that fact, the start is great as well, st
Ok then, the question was "Its Hard Trance, is that ok?" Well we shall see, as I havn't a clue what this is. So this maybe a short review. Again, like a previous review, I am trying to picture myself as someone this would be aimed at. The beat to the track is quite fast and I could imagine quite a few people getting on down to this track on the dance floor. The main chosen
