Hey, Nice Page!! Just wanted to let you know about my BRAND NEW SONG '' Why I Should Be Your Girl '' Please Rate It! Leanah
Hi there. Thanks for your comments on our tracks. You have some good stuff available too. I like your sound-engineering. Please not that we have a new track available "The Fire Within". Feedback is of course much appreciated. KR Frank
This song is tight! Good job, and I agree with most other comments!! Glad I came across yur site!! Resonant Tones
Can't believe I havnen't been around your site lately. Everything you do is great! I agree, the bass moves the whole thing big time......r
Nice tunes Kevin, all of them. I like your "sample free" number, congrats. Thanks for taking the time to listen to my tracks, i will try your recommendations. cheers.
Great vibe,it's industrial and minimal, very unique. I love your bass on this it's quite subtle, yet rich. Good work.
Gday Kev, lovethe driving bass beat and feel it needed some variation. Have been and had a listen to Tims remix and I think between the two of you, you have arrived with a great track. Still very worth a rate tho.
Missed this one whilst away "on sabbatical" as they say... just came over after listening to the diju remix... not really my sort of thing but that is a groovy bassline if ever I heard one. Have to agree with Tom that it could use a bit more variation, but that's me being picky! Cheers, Jon.
what is automatic? i wondered all through the song. a car? a reaction? a toy? a beat? a bit repetitious, but great for the dancefloor, i could imagine shaking my stuff to this. cool track. the fade is a bit too fast.
Thanks all...........hi Pauline.....nice to see you here!!
What a fantastic groove, really dig it,gets betta every time you listen to it....you're goood....
Hey, nice one mate. Good to see you on the front page, too.
Very catchy track Kevin. The beat and melody is really infectious. Good use of vocoder. Would have liked a proper ending instead of the fade out but no big deal. Rated. Craig
Electronica at its very best. A fantastic track.
A very hooky and interesting grove man. I like it!
Made up with the feedback on this and very thankful :)
Missed this Kev originally so I can only comment on this one. Love the vocoder but it may,as Dawn mentioned, have been cool to have a female in opposition for a differing sound. Love the beat btw!
Yep, liking the vocoder bit! prefer this version - defo. vocoder gives it a bit more 'sparkle'! Can I rate again? I'll give it a try?!! Sonya Stewart.
the new vocoder added is more synth that vox sounds really good:)like the wee ohh or awww bit,the bass still sounds the nuts, vocoder deffo adds a lot to the track, top job
Love the vocoder bit...I agree about maybe adding something else in the way of a female oo-ahh thing or maybe some soft sexy whispers or something. BUt as is, I was riveted throughout!
very retro feel which I likes:) nice bottom, this baby got "back"...i got arthritis too but ya hardly notice it when playing and layering something sweet like this eh?lol;)
Thanks for the c's on my track, still got loads of work to do on it yet. Think I've been influenced by listening to your music! :) When this one gets going its got a great funky sound to it, would sound great in a trendy bar. I really like this kind of music, with a great groove, but one problem with this style is it often tends to be very repetitive, ands thats my only problem with this track, other than that great stuff!
great b line. cant imagine this tune without the vox (didn't hear before). def old school feel to the bass line.rolls along nicely. good work
Hi Kevin. This is wild dude.Agree with Destri, some female vox would set it off.Very well put togather though as it is.Very cool beat.
Works for me Kev...vocoder effects are nice, the track is much better with it, still think you could take it a bit further with some flirty female vocal on it also...good stuff mate:)
Thanks for the compliment and comment...Araybia
You bowel puncturing bass-fiend!! That's me got a colostomy bag thanks to that B-line. It's a wee bit quiet and maybe TOO bassy for me but you can't help wanting to move with that beat poking you in the ears. Huzzah!
A bass line harder than ferro-concrete! This thing has given my listening bits a real good seeing to. A C E !!
Excellento. Love it. Top work. I like that 'arthritic fingers' plug-in...lol
Agree with the other comments. Hard to add much more other than to rate an excellent production.
Bline really creates a great groove to this Kevin! Boppin all the way through this...minimalism done to perfection...Enjoyed this!
Yep really cool track, I really like the way it stays deceptively simple and builds without overcrowding everything and going too loud (yep I'm guilty of both lol) I really paid attention to the mix while I was listening to it, really liked the sound. Notes were made lol. A very cool track like it :) Rated
Catch little number, sure you weren't on something when you did this?!!! very trance-sonic! whatever that means! Like the bottom heavy bass line, continual riff is not something you get tired off through the track, been well placed production wise and consistently through the track. Good work! Sonya Stewart
Excellent bottom end. Had me nodding my head along with the beat. Magnificent piece of work.
Yeah my foot is tappin too, nice beat there Brother Kevin.
yeah nice bline...huh??????? Music is nice though and I really appreciate you didn't use samples. Actually I could imagine people wanted to use this as a sample. Well done arthritic fingers!!
Love the bass right from the start. Man you know how to build em. I am with ya on this ,you got my foot moving and my head and then you took it all away so I had to listen again hehe.
kool bline kev defo likin it.. nice feeling all round so far.. synth choices are kool dude. this a great dance track dude. nice melody,s riffs, producttion flawless . rated! happy new year
What a great dance track you got here, Kev, takes me all the places my body wants to go, I love this beat! The bass line really moves this along with it's perky tone, and that growling whatevertheheckitwas supplied one of the more interesting grooves I've heard in some time. Rated and nominated, I'm feelin' good - thank you very much!
Nice and laid back here Kevin. Synth work sounds so alive with so much depth. Every instrument in the mix has been allocated massive space to flaunt itself. Another no.1 track bud. Rated. Barry
Another 'robotic' type track that would benefit from some vocoder work imo.., loving the synth sounds Kevin, really liking the old perc organ bass sound too, as mike said..it's a head nodder for sure, superb! :)
like a caribbean drum that wee bass sounds really nice, great sounds:)lie that wee quick changeover around1:40 then back into the swing of things,2:19 kikin now:)well executed not over complicated good synth sounds works for me,il nick a dl later;)good stuff
Ricky...what's a bline, sounds like a deep ocean dweller! I clearly missed the techno age. Great sound tho Kev - you know i am no expert in this field as i guess ikeep repeating but you have an ear for a tune and put sounds together that really work - nice one.
very cool dude...has an old skool techno vibe :D that bline is fcuking awesome :D very old skool :) very Detroit in feel...reminds me of the old usa house/techno...strictly rhythms comes to mind...artist like little lewi vega... even a bit of harmen van helden :) thumbs up
I've just uploaded a louder one lol:)Ta for the visit Mike. Kevin Mooney
Nice mellow feel to this Kevin - it had me nodding my head from the start. Might just need to volume tweaking slightly higher but that's just being picky.

One sunday afternoon, I got squelchy lolI've updated it some more.....added some gaps, stutters and put some phase on the main line.I updated it more
Written by Kevin Mooney and Graham Lee-Downer (Lowe-Lauri)It's a mid-tempo acoustic song.
A dedication to DivineI've added some beef to the mix in the way of some disturbing but useable Magix vocal samples and some re-structuring to the outro which I hope is more DJ-friendly.
Is now available and believe me, getting my vocal to sound this way wasn't difficult at all!All I did was imagine that I was an extra in Dr Who whilst sitting on a block of ice......One take! And used a free vocoder :)
It's called "This love aint breaking up" Do feel free to have a listen and comment if you wish! The lyrics are posted as well :)UPDATE: 8th October 2007 Deon has now provided the vocals for this song and I am delighted!
A pop song from a while back.Well it got to number 1 here so can't be bad!
The fifth and final track from MP3 Unsigned this month, Kevin Mooney supplies us with a - yep, you guessed it - a trance track. Considering this is one of my least favourite genres, it is quite surprising that I have liked the four I have already heard from that site. Let us hope, however, that the next time I do this, I can get a bit more diversity into the mix. So, Kevin Mooney
Goodbye, by Kevin MooneyI enjoyed this track very much.Song writing.- the song writing here, is very very good, well put together, well arranged, very well structured, instrumentation well suited, the only thing I would say I had a problem with is some of the vocal melodies selected, a bit predictable in spots, and drag a little, but that's more performance than song writing. This guy obviously kn
There is alot of genres that i know little about, and would never presume to be an authority on. So this is just how I see them So first off with this review, Kevin has listed himself as a writer more than a performer, so this review will concentrate more on that aspect other than the recording ( but we shall still touch on that). Being a country song you wouldnt be wrong in thinking this is a
first off, country aint my style of choice. now that is off my chest, ive got to let you guys know this sounds very professional and is produced to an absolute T. this can be on the radio right now! Im very sorry for the 6 in interest, but its just the truth. but you more then made up for it in the production, song structure etc. The melodies are catchy as hell, the recording i
