Hi Derek, From one of the master minds behind one of my all time fav songs on this site "lullaby in blue" - I am quick to listen. A very nice music track indeed. The production sounds so wonderful too. Looking forward to hearing what may be added! Left feeling happy! :) Carol Sue
Reminds me of James -'Sit Down' crossed with The Farm and the Lightning Seeds- very uplifing bit of music. Will sound great with a good vocal - warm up that voice and give it to us!! Martin

This is a feelgood tune, well played and enjoyable to listen to. You have quite the knack for good sounding pop music mate, I heard another one of yours on Valerie's page, was excellent too. You definitely need to hook up with a singer! Rated.

Tight is tight my friend. Another uplifting tune that sounds as if a band had put it all together. Great dynamics as always.
Catchy tune! I do love the warm and uplifting feeling it's spreading very much.
Nice job Derek! Instrument levels are good and the piano sounds great. I would've liked to here more piano soloing a little more towards the end to really bring the song to its finality. Just me though...arrangement is great too!
Good production. I especially like the sound of the piano. Tight recording...nothing seems off. Good job.
Now that all the fuss and bother of the excitement of the year end Stevies (oh God, not that again!) has died down, let me tell you a little secret. Ever since I heard and reviewed Deggsy and Crockmisters inevitable collaboration on Spinning Around (August 2005) and subsquent releases all of the same standard, they were in real contention for my Artist Of The Year Award. To say that th
For me one of the best pairing this year just has to be Mr Smoothiechops (music) and Mr Smoothiechops (lyrics/vocals) who - in the process of mating, as it were - gave us more schmooze and smarm that any number of MOR artists dipped in treacle. Generally, I try and avoid the MOR easy listening scene like the plague. Anyone whose early childhood was scarred by the horrors perpetrated by
Here's a collaboration that could been seen coming a mile off. I seem to have known Deggsy forever, I know he's given me a good many welcome aural experiences over the years. Seems like every time I do a remix (as you know I am partial to fiddling with other peoples bits) he's been there before me. There as always been a side of Deggsys music that has really appealled to me
Although I am not quite the Methusaleh I often make jokes about, it is true that I am older than most musicians around here and I've certainly been around on the internet ever since it came into being. During those 12 years I have got to know some great musicians and wonderful people online. Due to the ever changing nature of this place though, people move on quicker here and it's ofte
