I would suggest that if you have not heard the original, do so now for a fuller picture of this track…….

Money Beatz

This track was originally written by Redshirt Theory, Money Clips, and progressed to the collaboration with 3rd option and Acro (both ex-Mid-L-Men), Money Beatz.

DiJu got his colossal hooks and twisted imagination on it next

BOOM

The first striking feature is the increased attitude of the track. The relentless attack combined with rapid fire lyrics, varying vocal effects, stomping beat and chainsaw guitar literally becomes a Digital Juggernaut.

The onslaught is colossal

Each drop, carefully measured for maximum ferocity, provides further ammunition. The lyrical flow (to fast for my sh*te hearing to catch the words!) adds fuel to the rollercoaster, and bring to mind possibilities for visual material. This could easily be in a game of some kind!

Favourite moment has to be when the main line descends to a low pitch and gradually rises to a small crescendo with the vocals before hammering into the attack once more.

A commercial track for sure…

The only letdown is that the guitar line could have been developed some more to accommodate more variation in the attack (but that may be because I, being a guitarist, hate to see riffs languish!).

Call me small minded (or a typical metal head if you like!), but this track contains everything I really enjoy:

Aggression, power, mean-as-f*ck guitar, balls-out attitude…

Now that is what I call getting your money’s worth...

2nd version

The alterations are quite severe in this version.

The overall track is shorter somewhat (5secs) and more immediate. Production has improved to the point where the guitar line stands out more, the vocals complement much better, with a harder edge added by extra drum sections/patterns and the song ends in a nice abrupt manner.

Possibly DiJu‘s best track? Aye!

Please remember folks that the scores are MY OPINION ONLY!!!!!
