I like this track but feel as if it would make a great intro for a 4 to 6 minute metal monster lovely effects/guitar playing guys.
thanks for the c's. waiting for your guitar very patiently. this guitar work is amazing, sweet effects and produced very well. reading the description i think its a great idea to open the cd (that ill buy when it comes out). if it were me id add some keys and have it crescendo all the wait to peaking right as track 2 begins with a hard guitar chord. then it would be like (f-k sake, this is mother f-in ditheramb". if you want id be more then happy to add some keys to this for you. anyways great one. keep me posted on the album and the guitar work your doing for me.

ah man this is awesome!! What a great intro piece. I just arrived off Steve's review and have to say this is great. I can't help but agree with him and the Must Have track is the track I'm going to review for you and that's going to be great. Sweet guitar playing dude! Love tracks like these. It lets you know there's going to be something epic next.

I'm not sure I see it as an intro (more a 'filler' for me, like the changing of the tide - but that's just a personal thing ;) It is beautiful!

This song is an epic metal song that has different personalities. I hear a mellow hint of Pink Floyd and a mixture of Sabbath, Priest... This all blends into a metal song that speaks of letting go, death, in my analysis. The song structure is smooth to frantic and back again and on to the climax. Now Ditheramb hail from Austalia which is good as two of my favourite artists of all time are from there, Midnight Oil, and INXS. So thats a good start :o) For a metal track this starts quietly with some nice guitar leading into Steves' excellent vocals, which are joined by the drums, and then lead onto a crescendo of the group kicking in. This gives way again to the more subtle music
This is quite a cool song, but as an objective listener, I become and objective reviewer, but don't get worried...lol first off, the recording needs some help, leaves a little to be desired, I can't really hear what the guitar is doing until it get's a little more excitable, but overall, it clips in spots, and is a bit muddy, but I'll get off my engineers stool and get to the song itself.

I listened to this a while back a couple of times then left it alone to have a think about it. A few more listens. Ok what passed my hallowed aural portals? I like this composition. The dynamics of the song are very well worked out and really give the song a great listening edge. From the vocal to the instrumentation it's as tight as a badgers ass.
Slow start but gradually built into a superb deep guitar bliss of madness and lost soulfull voice tones, this band from Brisbane Australia shows a lot of great quality for the metal/heavy rock community. The bridge work is great in this, with a moderate break halfway through the song, it didn't drown out the purpose of the song, to take you on a heavy adventure into the unknown.
