Living In Poverty (Dance)
Artist Comments New Mix 04 July 2007 sorry, deleted the track by mistake now having to re-upload.....lost all your previous comments, but then again the instrumentation has also changed, so maybe it's all for the better...
A commentary on the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Sudan. It's MEANT to be a wierd track, think of it as a play where all the characters (villagers, refugees, army, militias, government, arms suppliers, politicians etc) are instruments.......

Living in a part of the world where expressivity in music is confined to limited categories, and most musicians just playing cover versions, I have a burning desire to break out and do something that says I can be me.
I love all sorts of music, and my songs represent whatever I feel best expresses a particular idea. Call me crazy, but I'll do anything from Country to the Blues.....the only limitations are my own limitations as a musician, but as I keep improving... :)
