Lazy Baker began life when previous bands went their separate ways, but Jon and Jamie stuck together writing new material and revamping old. The addition of a bass player in the form of G-Man added the depth needed and Lazy Baker began more serious practice in Jons garage. In early 2005 the forth member of L.B joined. This addition to the band was the result of Jons idea to add more ‘fiddly’ bits to their rapidly expanding set. Daniel joined as lead guitarist and the Lazy Baker we know today was born.

Since then Lazy Baker have been banned from practicing in the garage due to excessive noise, but still practice regularly in more suitable places, they have also been gigging throughout the North East whilst recording thier debut live EP "Marvin Cake" |
