Nice chilled out pop tune! Vocal sounds great, nice and smooooth. Backing fits really well, great simple arrangement executed perfectly.. particularly love the rhythm section. Reminds me of 80s pop a bit. Excellent anyway, gets my last nom of the week! :)

was wondering who PbCsk is, lol now i know. great keyboarding with those chords from the start of the track. come in. i like the really high pitch slightly to the left. pads all very lush which i really like. the change up past midway i like the melody line of that synth. again u use those nice atmospheric lush pads. nice layering within the track. this track is very nice and even more soothing when carols vocals. nice dynamics within the vocals. effects on the vox are nice like the reverb. lyrics are nicely written and fit with the track. now to the percussion, soo cool luv that breakbeat feel that Paul does so well with the hats and snare. all rhythmically done well giving a sweet beat to the track. Their is an immediate warmth to this track as you hear the great keys and backing vocals. The main vocal shows a nice passion to the subject. Production is top class with everything sounding very well recorded and the track is well mastered. Great use of keys throughout the track, good variaty. Only critique would be the length but for this type of music it ain't really a issue. Great stuff Andy Ammp

Yep im late but im here! lol Anyways to teh track, lovly intro with the keys and Carol. Nice shuffled drums, reminds me of a song but cant recall the name. Another set of keys have joined in and this is really layering nicely now! Very nice chorus, catchy lyrics and recording! Liking the moog like bass on this, very nice touch imho! I knew there was gonna be a great wee break part in the track because you cant do a track without your trademark 80s vibe paul! Can dissappoint your fans now can you?! lol Have to say Carol is doing a great job on this track too! Well its over now and i could easily listen to this agian, no a few more times! hahah Seriously tho this track is sweet as! Great vocals, melodies, structure and production! Definitely the best vocal performance I've heard from Carol Sue... absolutely silky smooth. And it's a thoroughly beautiful track, probably the best so far from this collab. Paul you have a knack of giving what for me is a retro eighties style pop arrangement a contemporary twist... Nice stuff again.

This is a song about heartbreak and regret, but also hope for a better future. The background music is sympathetic to the mood, but has a soothing quality too it.

Very mellow and relaxing. I'm glad to see that you're in a little duo. You like to collab and I'm sure (like Ricky and Mel's project) that this will be a great project for the both of you. Just reading everyone's comments here and writing my own here. There's probably nothing that hasn't been said. The music is really nice. I like the melodies throughout this track and you know how I feel about your voice Carol! ^_^ Great job nailing the vocals to this track! This is really well done! It's near the end of the track and now I'm actually absorbed in it. I could easily listen to this on the radio being overplayed! :D I think I'll go listen to it again! :D Rated!
