I've been practising my mastering skills and here is a new version of my current favourite self-penned song! I've added some verb, done some de-hissing and abit of compression etc. Hope you approve :) I appreciate it's not a full arrangement so am looking for opinion on the song rather than the arrangement.

"So funky should have a health warning attached to it. The theramin is totally inspired at the end as well, so much Vince Clarkery going off all over the track I very nearly got overexcited and had to lay down for a bit. Rated. :) "

I have had some demos produced with the help of some great singers in the past, but I am currently trying to concentrate on writing new material, alone and also with Graham Lee - Downer (check his page on this site) 

I use Ableton Live software, an M-Audio Ozonic, A Korg Triton, a Roland 8-track (have rarely used more than 4 tracks!), and a dodgy microphone!

I like all sorts of music but my primary preferences for listening pleasure are fast dance music, Punk and Country.

 

 I don't tie myself to specific genres of music but my tracks will either be very catchy or very rhythmic.

Sometimes I get lucky and manage to combine a good tune and rhythm with a good lyric.
