Hey Essence, just droppin in to say thanks for droppin in for leaving nice comment. :) Talking about clubstompers, damn this is some big ass production. There's nothing more to say then...chapeaux. Vocal pro Music pro conclusion...pro You have a lot of tracks here, so i will need some time to get back with you :) R for rated

BANG ! impact 4 -2 the floor ? I feel you have had your ear to the floor Marty Excellent. That bass drum is parting the waves and leaving everything in it’s wake. The structure & timing of the track is strong, I‘m feeling it Marty. At 2:02 the melody comes in strong bouncing & pounding away on the senses with all the instruments complementing each other, the bass changes & E-fx all slide in with ease. I like what you did at 4:38 the duality between the vocal and the producer and yet complementing each other, intelligent structure (Excellent). The track is phatt, bouncing, slapping and in ya face. It’s very good Marty, the only criticism is that Essence has a very distinctive vocal that could be exploited to it’s full potential and maybe as the producer you could take off the rough edges & polish the diamond.
WOW had to turn the volume down a bit as the wax started to loosen in my ear Sheesh!. Once I settled down into it I really enjoyed this . It is very commercial and worthy of all buttons pressed. Take Care Andy :)
back for a listen :) BASS on this is awesome Marty, so are the vocals :) really good track, love it.
very nice, indeed...how did I miss this? and a free download too...great tempo to this, and sexy vocals too :) see if I can get this in one of my next mixes :) progressive, tech, even trance :) spoilt for choice with this one :) very nice...peace,Ricky
top track, holy kick! lol absolutely love the vocal work! bassline is off the wall on this. sweet job guys :)
great tune and yes the vocals are superb. thanks for sharing.
great production really love it,those vocals are top class!!!!!!!! john samely
Nice crystal production on this, love your vocals.
Marty did a good job remixing this to an electro house track. it has a nice beefy bassline drivign the track with its original melodies. Your voice sounds just as nice as it did in the original but with more emphasis in this mix. Great track, enjoyed. Matt
I like this very very much, your voice sounds angelic anyhow... but it's a huge, beefy, bouncy floor filler. Would take this over the cut and paste UK dance chart crap any day.
:)Thankyou so much for your support! Your comments mean alot - Ess X
one for the club floors lisa!!! dope beat digin that beefy kick and warbling sidechained bassline:O). you sound lush and sexy voxed hun. love the chords in this one for sure, but its that voice that rocks it for me if i m being honest. quality production!!! neil. peace out x
Class production this. I like the reverb on the vox - it is perfect for me - I love the way the bass drives this one - it is classic club material for sure -
Hi Ess.. This is the Ess i know.. Dance based music and those dreamy vocals.. You and dance music sit hand in hand, its like your vocals fit without effort... (if you know what i mean).. love that backing track... i can stomach dance music that has a melodic feel.. Great track!!
Wow Ess, you have such a pretty voice! Well I knew that from the first time I heard you on a Dan Michaelson tune.
Well it's around 2.30 am,just woke up after a heavy sesh...so am not gonna wax lyrical lol.Just gotta say I fookin' love this track, your voice is perfect for this kind of dreamy dance style. Thanks for the d/l lady....straight on the ipod :)
Lots of punch to this tracks kicks, the bass line's nice and smooth,, your vocals are nice, I should listen through the phones as you sound a little heavy on the verb through these speaks so I won't comment on the vox, never found a prob with your singing I don't know why ppl are on about that, it's a nice full track but there could be more ambience throughout, that being said I read you say it is what it is so I take it that means your not looking for suggestions so I'll leave it at that, I like luv.

Krooked gets bent on the flip with his own very ‘Serious Sound’ and a proper mashup it is too, powerful beats and bass for the floor. Biggles! You see before you a changed character. Believe it or not, I do scrub up well when I have a mind to it and, well...I'm a bit ashamed to say this but reading back through past Essence reviews I may have been a bit.....er.....male. So, I have decided that respect among artists is much more important than looks and I will not besmirch this review with any of my usual 'tawdry tat to impres
Whatever your view about how the internet has affected the music industry, either negatively or positively, there is at least one area where it has helped the unsigned musician that cannot be denied. Online collaborations! Thanks to the Web we have been able to see and hear many great (and not so great) musical pairings that otherwise would have been improbable, unfeasible and likely rather expens
Firstly, abject apologies to both Essence and Dan Michaelson, the two talents behind Towers Are Gone. I'd somehow left their name off my final review list and only noticed it a day before Essence so politely reminded me. I can be forgetful that's for sure and it's best to get a reminder than not. Especially from the lady herself, you can scold me anytime ;) In case you have
Right now here in the UK, Duffy is pretty much one of the hottest properties around in the music industry. And for good reason too, her retro 60's/Motown sound is a breath of fresh air among a tide of highly polished but severely lacking in substance (too my ears at least) Rn'B tracks washing in from the States, that the UK has been trying to emulate for years and only recently found the answ
Okay so first off I'm sure Essence picked this track for me to review as during our little episode the other week I'm sure I amde some reference to it being a load of shite.hehehehehehe thought you'd try and catch me out on the honesty aspect of it did ya:-p lol anyway that was said in the heat of the moment in the middle of a pointless argument, which I may add has now been resolved. So my honest
Righty, well here goes the first review of my session and first of all i would like to say sorry to all artists becasue i have had so much to do and i only just been able to catch up with them!, anyhow enough of all the chat and on with the track. This track starts really nicely with a seashore sound and that really sets a relaxed mood for the rest of the track and it never breaks from this, there
