Difficult one to comment on...for me anyway...but a fine tribute.
Very beautiful moving track.
Very sweet track....sad lyrics but music that contrasts that by being happy... Its a fitting service to a very sad event... I wont comment on the track as a whole as i dont feel thats needed with a song like this.. Its a song thats there for a memory.... Thanks for sharing..
Lovely as always! Love the intro. Think your vocals lay beatifully against this track. Words are sweet and melancholy.. loved the listen.
Such a beautiful emotive song. Bless you Laura, this song wears your heart and soul.....
Hey, Thank you. My other halfs sister just lost her son unexpectedly and it will be a whlie till I can let them hear this. It's the toughest thing in the universe to deal with. Your soothing voices with these gorgeous lyrics and just over the top and you guys just want to rip my heart out. -rl
I suspect anyone will know what this took to write and perform but I want you to know it touched me and if I had a falling star in my hands right now I'd grant your wish.
I`m rubbish at this kind of thing but my ramblings are sincerly offered.
Beautiful tribte, tenderly sung.
Very hard song to write let alone sing.
Special song for those special memories. Thanks for sharing.
I am honestly lost for words,I love your tribute.
God bless you Laura and Baz
Bless your hearts...
So very sorry to hear of your loss. An extremely beautiful tribute, beautifully written and performed. I understand how it took the time to record this - glad you did, my friends. Clicking the nomination/rate buttons through my tear-filled eyes...
Beautiful tribute to your son, very nicely sung and the sentiment of the lyrics make this a very listenable piece of music. Take care.
I don't believe Geiger - I reckon his tattoos are all fake hee hee. Yeah share the sentiments tho; how you got thru this beats me. Some nice piano runs to add to other comments below. Rated
God only knows how you even sang this, I'm a big softie underneath the tattoos and bluff and wouldn't have even made it through the first line honestly. It is a lovely song by the way, looking past the subject matter, the backing is very tasteful and love that glissando harp thing that pops up, sounds gorgeous. Nice chords and structure as well. Sorry have to concentrate on the musical side, but the other aspect of the song is too tragic to discuss on here so can only commend you on writing a lovely track :)
Rob has got be pretty proud of his mother. She is one classy act (along w/ what's his name...baz???...;-)..). I am one of "those" who believe we get to see those we love again. In the mean time you all have this song. Simply, this song is your best. Well, perhaps "Blue Jeans" is a close second...:o). I am a selfish so and so......
Luv you two....Dan
This is a really beautiful tribute to your loved one....a loss of a child must be one of the hardest things and writing this lovely song is all part of the healing. Beautifully arranged, and superbly sang as it could not have been easy for you.
Lovely song guys. A wonderful tribute and dedication! It's very hard to write and play with tears in your eyes and your heart... been there. Again, wonderful.
Beautiful song, thank you for sharing.
I can feel this with you- the area I was brought up in lost a high proportion of teenagers icluding my best friend when he was 17. A fitting tribute and I hope the writing brought some catharsis to you.
The tears welled up with the first few notes; beautiful song and a moving testament to a mother's love. While deeply personal, it's speaks so eloquently to all of us who've lost loved ones long before we ever imagined they would go. I'm deeply touched, and grateful to have heard your song and had those memories brought back listening to this. Bless you both, my condolences on your loss, and I share your belief in a reunion to come.
Took a lot of courage to write this - so deeply tragic. Almost feel I'm intruding on personal grief here - and I'm kind of lost for words. I guess the song says it all.

Ok...this is more of a comment than a review. Sweet Song! I had a lousy day today, was fooling around trying to relax, and this song did the trick. Everything fit so nicely when I closed my eyes it mellowed me right out. Thanks!
