Constant Feature (you move me)
Hi Scott. I totally agree with James from the Brilliant Alive because you are a master of melody. This song is super catchy. You certainly know how to write a classy song and your vocals are great on this (especially the full settos) Every track that you upload is never a disappointment. Love the chorus of this. Voted. Hope you like my new song. All the best. PJ
Nice track! Great production. Love the groove and the sound of the percussion. Really catchy. Great job. Thumbs up.
Could never miss a treat when you put another song on. Done a superb job of dusting this one off and adding to it.... Love it!!!
Nice work Scott as always , a new look at the track , im liking this Mate , but for me Personally i Like the other Version .. Wonderful Work you do Scott Everything you do..... Shines .....
Hi Scott, interesting track. I know there was a discussion about older tunes and new software on the Forum so this is a very enlightening listen. The value to re-working older tracks is that you never know how the process of dusting-off older material will turn out but you just moving forward...the joy IS in the journey. You must be pleased with the results on this one!! Somehow, the spark that generated the original infuses life into the re-working process. You sound very passionate in the vocals and that energy picks this tune up an runs with it. Love the chorus part with that extra kick in eq and instrumentation. Well done! Thumbs!
The master of melody who never fails to deliver outstanding songs. Production wise this is among the best this site has to offer - nice change into the "you move me" section.by the way. Vocals are simply MAGNIFICENT - top work mate - rated. James
This is a lyrical and musical masterpiece Scott. I have to say I prefer the mix down there at No 6. But I am liking the strings (?) just fabulous song, superb vocal talents. You always make me smile!!!
Having spent my first musical years in a few bands I now write and record music for my own pleasure and for anyone else who cares to listen. Many songs are acoustic based and are recorded in my humble home studio. Some songs on my page are co written and recorded with my writing partner in crime the talented Mr Andy Empsal-Walker
Thanks for visiting my page.
Anyway,- i'm Influenced by the likes of the Beatles, The Finn Brothers, Billy Joel and Jason Mraz. Hope you enjoy my songs.
I liked the pacing and the composition and change in beat. Definatley gave a bit of a retro feel, but with good intentions. I liked the mixing for the most part, though I felt there was too much flange on the voice, I maybe would have used it on the just the chorus or the verse but not both.Cheers! good tune.
Scott Slater – Seventh Heaven Anyone familiar with Scott’s music here on MP3unsigned will undoubtedly know by now that the standard of this mans work is second to none. In all departments, from composition to production his dedication to his craft shines through with a truly dazzling brilliance. Seventh Heaven is the latest offering, and what a remarkably apt title that i
My review of Scott slatter – Love This is my second maybe 3rd time I have reviewed Scott From the first time I heard Scott’s stuff I thought this guy can sing and sing really well at that This track for me though not sure why maybe it will be made clear before the end of the review This track doesn’t really do it for me. Yes the vocals are good the melodies are good but There are a few mis
I really enjoyed the different breaks in the acoustic melodic structure. A very catchy song in both the verses and chorus. Lyrics are strong and production is good. I'm looking forward to spending some time listening to the rest of your tracks. Nice work!
This is a great way to end this batch of reviews. Im going to start with negatives on this one first. right here goes artist name? Scot? Don’t say much really. And what is that on your head mate. J That’s the negatives out the way, now to the positives. man you can sing cant you jealous much lol and a great wordsmith And add a decent guitarist to the list. next you be telling me you produced it
Another new name to me this month is the easily written Scott. A new MP3 Unsigned artist working in the Contemporary Acoustic field and - as we well know - that listing can encompass a multitude of sins... A home studio musician who - in common with all of us - writes and performs songs because he 'cannot imagine NOT doing it'. Welp, join the club mate because there are MILLIONS
