Very nice piece indeed...love the intro and the stunning instrumental work adds an surreal depth to this place my imagination takes me. One of the best compositions I have listened to on MP3u! Rated!
Beautiful images, beautiful music, enjoyed this very much as I've read about this place and have often wished I could see it....thanks for taking me there! Well done...
The tv program Planet Earth springs to mind listening to this.. Shame we couldn“t watch your video due to our browser but just used my imagination prompted by this wonderful piece of music. Excellent work and we wish you luck with a placement as it is too good not to be used. Rated
Haunting! This is really really beautiful Pete! This takes me away to a place that is untouched by the world. Again just so beautiful to me Take care Eric
Beautiful!!
This is Top Draw Stuff Pete , You get Drawn into piece , its a lonley Place ..... The Pipes are Superb and the Ambience of it All is Outstanding...
Oh my goodness. Just breathtaking, my alltime fave instrument the Ullean pipes! Just completely melt the heart. Pete this is utterly wonderful.
Loved the video that went along with this magnificent composition. There is a lot of mystery in the place and the music. It is haunting, in a very deistic way...draws one upward and beyond oneself into the the mists of time and story. Very calming, very profound connection. Thank you...(thumbs...seems to diminish the piece...but is the accepted expression of admiration ;)
Stunning work Mr Vines - lovely sounds in this - piano particularly - love the celtic pipe sound too (im sorry i dont know what the instrument is actually called) - production is first class - so many layers and textures to appreciate - simply outstanding. Thumbs up. James
I'm a very amateur musician down here in the leafy south west of England. My favourite genre would have to be ambient electronica / dark ambient; a preference fashioned by listening to many hours of early Tangerine Dream / Jarre / Eno / Budd / Fripp / Tomita etc in my formative years. I find this music as evocative as any classical work. Wearyall Hill made No.1 in the Official Chart for which I'm grateful. I'm in awe of some of the talent on this site and could never aspire to compete with it, but I'm so grateful for all the wonderful music I've found here and the generosity of composers in allowing us to download so much. If you're into collaborations or you're doing something similar in my neck of the woods it would be great to hear from you.
