Hello my name is Marty, im 22 and im from Derry in Ireland. I produce, write and master all my own tracks. I started making music in 1999 when i bought a game for the playstation simply called "Music". Began to out grow it fast as it was very limited and basic. So i was talking to a friend who used to make music on the PC, so i went to his house listened to a few tunes and we started making some aswell. Finally got a PC to make music on. When i finally got one i started messing with eJay and Magix products, but i just knew there were better and more advanced music programs out there.

So 1 day in Easons i found a copy of Computer Music magazine and found that there was a whole world of sophisticated music applications and programs. I used the free software and began to learn things about more programs and how they work, so i tested a few demos and trials of some of the best (and worse) programs that was on offer. I began to use the FL Studio 5 (formerly Fruity Loops) demo quite allot and felt comfortable using it, so i made the jump and purchased the program and have been using FL Studio ever since!
