Tranzfuzion  (Experimental) Acrosoma produces music with some talented artists from mp3unsigned. (33 Downloads) (3546 Views) Ave. 9.5 from 11 votes 34 Comments) Path of Darkness (collab with Virus, Gashcan 5 & Rainy D) (HipHop) Track Comments This is a four way collab that was started when all four of us arranged to meet up at Jez's (Virus) house. I had an idea to make a hip hop track using parts from the country & western classic "Ghost Riders in the Sky" so when Scott (Gashcan 5) arranged to come down I thought it would be cool to have him play the relevant guitar parts in contrast to I normally sample by taking the track and cutting it up. So we sat down and discussed the P.O.A whilst eating a fantastic BBQ and got to work. Me and Jez went and sorted a beat out..Jez had a nice one prepared and then that was tweaked slightly and then came along a Gaschcan! He played all the guitar parts that can be heard, he also played the bassline. We then proceeded to have Lorraine (Rainy D), Scott and myself to sing "Yipee I A, yipee I O" which was done in no time at all really, but then scott had to finish the chorus by singing "Ghost Riders in the Sky"....3 hours later and he was that drunk on whisky that there was no chance of it being done! Next morning - 20 mins and it was done..the joys of drinking! Jez had already by this time been sat at the computer..recording all the parts and piecing them in so that they sounded in sync and basically getting things where they should be. By the end of the weekend we had the basis of an instrumental which I then took home in order to write lyrics for. So since we all dispatched from Reading into our homely parts of the UK I have wriiten and performed the lyrics, I passed them onto Jez and he has fully produced the track. He has tweaked and had to deal with Scott and me telling him to chop and change things..but it all seems worth it now. The story is about a boy who has talent but does'nt seem to utilise his gift and follows the wrong path in life. This has been one excellent collab to be involved with and I personally am very pleased with the result..we hope you all enjoy, peace.
