All prog rock started out like this. All songs, from Starship Trooper to Court of the Crimson King, owe a debt to someone noodling around on the fret while their friends patiently waited for them, and patiently waited, and you get results like this track. Unforgettable.
Eh! the timing isn't perfect!!!! Probably a drunken Jig I guess... happens to me all the time..It's the Kronenbourg effect :-) Well, even though this may have some odd twists and turns as far as timing goes, I still enjopyed it, sort of old Fairport feel to it... I like that.
I think this is great. Its a fun track and sure the timing may not be perfect on all those faster licks but as i whole i like it. Your tracks always put me in a chilled mood jon, maybe its the production (i dunno they just sit right with me) love how the guitar goes up and down, up and down, up and down, that predictability is def works to keep my attention. much better with the drumwork aswel!!!

Once upon a time I had a four track concept piece up here called "String theory" so I reckon I understand where you're coming from (one of the tracks was called "Entering the eleventh dimension - maybe I should repost). Anyway, I digress. Maybe you should do a concept piece on guitar called 6 string theory...lol. And when the LHC is up and running at CERN and they find Higg's boson we could run a competition to set the event to music. YOu might gather from all these rampblings that I'm sitting here thoroughly enjoying this! Graham
Hey Jon! My favourite folk (?!) tune about quantum mechanics ever... probably (stonedog's uncertainty principle). Novel and really good fun.
This has some very catchy riffs and rythms. This is a fun piece and I really enjoyed the listen.
Nice entertaining sound, like the track indead. Some weird soundpatterns blowing the sky like this...Great divers and variated. Acoustic? Great musci for a bar....Cheers!
mathematical manipulations of dimensions in order to understand the constraints of quantum mechanics when applied to singularities ....Yeah, right, lol...... I like this in a quirky sort of way. I'm not too fussed about the timing because I like the 'odd' track now and again.
I have always been musical - thank you to my music teacher Miss Horricks who discovered me to have perfect pitch and shocked I didn't play an instrument as I came top in my class ( as with everything else I seemed to do at that age!). My dad made a guitar by gluing together broken pieces of damaged instruments and thus music came about.
I continue flirting with the academic world currently sifting through ideas in astronomy and physics but whereas mathematics is exercise for the mind and music is exercise for the soul - it is my professional life that continues to put bread on the table and as such occupies most of my time!!!!!!!

I have reached the age where I have more friends who have died recently than I am able to invite along to "do the music thing".When I am gone - you people here will have to read it in the journals and it gives me satisfaction to know that you might even read about it and not know it was me!Anyway - I am in the process of clearing out the cabin a little bit ( not too much though!) The number of dead hardrives has dwindled recently as I have updated the heating system. I suppose if you are reading this you seriously need to get a life - just like me!!!! :)
