Haunting has been said and i agree.The fx on the voice and backing vocals help to achieve this This really took off when the distorted guitar kicked in. Has a great sound all round and that is a strong vocal melody . Another good one Christy. Thumbs. James

Really nice chilled vibe Christy. Very haunting to me. For a WIP you've got a great start. If your looking tech advice you'll find plenty here. But if I can give you any advice at all it's to go with your own thoughts and heart with your songs. You'll improve much faster if you do. There really are a ton of books on mixing and it's not as hard as it seems once you know the basics You've got a great song here. Take care Eric

WIP - negatives as I see em 1st - the sound of the snare versus your voice eq - the snare is quite bright compared to your voice and i think you could add eq to your voice track to give a little more air in the treble region. The 2nd thing is the drum track increasing in volume during the 30-40 second mark with the addition of what sounds like another snare - i'm a little put-off by that - i think it was ok as it was - why not introduce the volume increase after the break at about 1min47 when the distorted guitar comes in? It might work better? Now the positives - nicely written and some cool instrumentation with some sweet phasor sounds on guitars (well that's what it sounds like to me). Thumzup worthy even tho it's a WIP

You say its WIP but this is sounding great Chisty. You have grown so much with your backing and production and vocals lovely as always. Could be one of our favourites to date - this one. very well done and easily rated.

Sweet vocals Christy. Like the rhythm guitar and the whole vibe has a sweet melancholy feel which always works for me, you do this genre really well. When it gets more lively, you still hold that subtle vibe through it, so i think it works really well. Lovely track.

A strangely (in a good way) haunting track for me. Your certainly becoming very accomplished both as a guitarist AND producer. Good vocal sound and excellent backing vocals as ever. My only criticism (and it's a minor one at that) is that 'to these ears' some of the lines in the song seem to rhyme to obviously, maybe it's because the lines are sung the same. Anyway just trying to give some constructive support and after all it is work in progress as you say. All the sam an enjoyable few listens, cheers Iris

This is good Christy. Real good. I love those back voices! It's not apparent the song is in two halves. All I heard was solid song writing and arrangement.
