All You Do Is Play Me (Rock)

Everything’s gone
1st Verse
Went in to the sellers in the morning light
I was holding and the season was right
Then I went back to lay myself some fine old lines
Back home where the freedom lies
Because the roads gone
The tree’s gone
The sun’s gone
My love’s gone
Forget the weather
Forget the weather
All you do is play me
Forget the weather
Forget the weather
All you do is play me
2nd Verse
Went and took my love in to the dead of night
I told her that we shouldn’t fight
Took her on a journey that she wouldn’t forget
Think we have still to come back yet
Because the roads gone
The tree’s gone
The sun’s gone
My love’s gone
Forget the weather
Forget the weather
All you do is play me
Forget the weather
Forget the weather
All you do is play me
Middle eight
I don’t want to die before my
Kids grow older than I am now
3rd Verse
Went back to the sellers in the morning light
I was holding and the season was right
Then I went back to lay myself some fine old lines
Back home where the freedom lies
Because the roads gone
The tree’s gone
The sun’s gone
My love’s gone
Forget the weather
Forget the weather
All you do is play me
Forget the weather
Forget the weather
All you do is play me
