ELLA VAiSHUN - (Revamp)
Great track...Best, Kenneth Janeway
Very intersting mix of sound...Using the synth and light guitar the thowing in some much harder riffs in the climax..Great chord changes, progression and change ups... Quality production!!! Quality guitar work... Seems this may have been up in the past?..I missed it if so, glad i got over to listen. Thanks for sharing!! It reminds me a little of the Y's soundtrack from Falcom (80s CD based video game)
I love this....again. Have no idea what you've done to it but it works for me big time Rich...the geetar solo is OUTSTANDING at "the break". Dan
You know I'm Hooked!
I agree with James. This is one of the best guitar driven rock songs I've ever heard! EZ rate my friend Eric B A D L O V E J U N K I E
love the sample gets a bit pinkfloyedyto satriani after that nice. rates
Commented before but i have to say that on 2nd listening this really is an astounding piece of music dude and probably the best axework i've heard on the site or anywhere really. Got a stiffy listening hee hee
Hi, Good track...I like the coming back to main theme which is simple/solid/strong. I really like the solo which is imaginative and very well-played. Cheers, Smudge from Smudgie
Glad I caught this one. Rock on.......R
Didn't leave much of a comment last time so here goes. I really like the main theme, its very simple, but the riff wouldn't work as well without the piano which compliments it beautifully. I also like the synths which really contribute to the proceedings. The guitars are verywell played throughout, the only think I didn't like was the lead solo which I feel could be improved upon.
Beautifully mixed! I see you are a fellow FL Studio/fruity loops user! ... great stuff! ...this track has a great range of varied melody and rhythm, comfortable, yet exciting! ... love it!
I like that kind of music, focus, camel, and you guys have that feeling. keep on making such great music.
I like this -love the rich guitar sounds. This takes the listener on an interesting journey. Have a rate!
Definately some of the best guitar playing I've heard on mp3u!! Great melodies, harmonies and the solo break is outstanding!! Sounds like you've listened to some of that Relativity Records material. Very pro!! Rated.
Yeah great production, glad you left me a comment (and Thanks) or else i would havem issed this great offering from you.
Dark and mysterious and complex and subtle. A good interesting piece of music. Some fab axework dude. Take a rate.
Great guitar and very clear production - each instrument fills it's own space well. Love the synth as well. Nice double guitars and the run is so good and has a great tone to it. Very enjoyable.
Fantastic guitar work BAd LOVe JUNKie
Yes..as Mick says, a superb axe run - especially after the 'now for a break' vox. Top class music.
interesting and unusual sounds in this....brilliantly played out, and superbly produced.. U are a wizard on that gtr Mr...and that run at 2;22 is absolutely awesome!...ach, to be honest its all awesome!!...... gets my rate np.
Very melodic lead parts. Like the bass sound too. Like your idea a lot.
some beautiful phrasing on the lead guitar parts , very satriani cum vai in arrangement and dynamism. loved the break . great piece monsieur.
1st of, loving those twin guitars! Great sound! Nice piano work too, and some intersting use of the synths in here too. Excellent middle section, 'Now for a break'! nice touch! Production is spot on too,,crystal clear! Great work,,,gets my rating! Mark
very stylish piece of music. The way each instrument complements one another, this is great arrangment! I've always like to feel a sense of drama in a piece of music. The gtr solo is very well worked out, I think. It plays 'with' the other instruments and the theme rather than some random search of a melody along the fret board. Awesome work!
guitar sounds nice as does the base and the synths especially like the plucky high end synth sound it really lifts the track.
very cool guitar dude...nice tone...has an old skool vibe to it...nice phrasing as well :) the piano sounds very programmed...but plays a nice melody and i like the gate synths...over all a very well arranged track could hear this as an epic 20 mins instrumental :D top work thumbs up...AKA MD-1 Project
some dancy synths in there,is the guitar done in fl?if it is well done on that, likin that paino what did you use for that, lol more questions than a cop:)the wee jammin session that kiks off there after the vocal is sweet, yep enjoyed that wee section, comes back in now with that nice paino,id class this as a sort of electronic rock its a good blend, nice 1
Love this, kept my ears listening, lovely guitar ,keyboards, drums ,bass, all of it, great mix.And thanks for your comments on Moonface
Congrats for Artist of Week Richard. Fab use of the percussion in this...really drives along at a nice pace and plenty in there to hold the attention throughout. Really enjoyed this a lot.
Congratulations mister Featured Artist of the Week! Excellent I might add and what a fabulous creation here to represent your title! Enjoyed listening, fine work! / play! :)
love the piano, love the bass - yep and I can hear where fl5 has made its appearence. A good fusion of sounds there, nice and progressive. Good work iOD!NE - r's np's.
Really polished piece of work.......mix is separated very well.....music itself arranged professionally and performed nicely. Good job all round. Kevin Mooney
the guitars are the best part of the tune. got some asian feel to it too in parts. Not a huge fan of the piano parts, but the guitar parts are great to me
This has a great 70's Prog/Fusion sound to it. The guitar playing playing is amazing especially the solo (and now for a break, I'll say), but like the whole thing. Nice. Rated. Craig
cool stuff, Keyboardist and guitarist and drums really doing a great job,Enjoying the whole piece. everyone shines here!
nice guit goin on in there - very cinematic feel to it and sorta retro -nice elements skillfully arranged:)
Sweet! Love that long sustain on yer guit. Like the oriental bit, production and structure is super tight. Love the lead braek! WICKED SKILLS! Easily rates & nom! P.S. I'll take your comments into practice on Standing Alone. Thanks!
Must give credit, I'm really loving your new almost progressive rock type electronic guitar blow outs, this one has many twists and turns in the arrangements and some really amazing playing, and I really love the keyboard work all the way through. A great piano motif as well and a nice arp running in the background. Keep up the great work please :)
trying to hone the fine art of songwriting...
If Rich has done this track from scratch, composing all of the intricacies of each part, I am completely floored. If he only did the guitar parts, I am 99% floored. I have to think that he is solely responsible for the entirety of this masterpiece as it has his unmistakable signature style written all over it. This, like many of Rich's pieces, brings to mind, immediately, the intelligence of the
I've enjoyed Rich "Iodine" Ramsey a great deal since the first time I heard his stuff. I, for lack of good reason, have just burned him to CD for the first time. So, so many nuances shine through on a quality sound system that are missed by listening through my decent computer's sound system. I have an entire new respect for his cutting-edge composition, production and performance skills. His orig
Like Batman, I love it when a plan comes together. Take, for instance, my first run in with Canadian rock gods iOD!NE (and that's positively the last time I am going to write it like that!) when I was blown away by Meander (December 2007) and laid a Must Have at their feet. The reason (well the main one anyway) is that I am an insatiable rock junkie and I need my regular fix - this ban
When I saw that Richard (iOD!NE) answered my post looking for guitar instrumentals to review I immediately went straight to his track. Sorry for jumping the queue but since I first heard iOD!INE I dug the progressive vibes and far out progressive guitar skills. And needless to say, this track shines as expected. The track starts out with some railway sounds, setting the atmosphere
It never ceases to amaze me the contortions some people go through to make up a bandname. I got the name right in the title but I'll be jiggered if I'm gonna do it all the way through this review. iOD!NE (OK, so I lied) is a new name to me from MP3 Unsigned and that's probably more my fault than his/hers theirs... Looks like a band too, although there is a distinct lack of information
good music and great arregment.
