Wasn´t expecting this to be country but it suits your husky vocals so well. A good selection of instruments in the backing that you have mixed very well. Enjoyed and gets a thumb. L&B;

That style you have is very evident here and that's a good thing. Ya did a very good job mixing this. Sounds sweet to my ears.

Cool song, Trist and yeah your vocals in this style remind me of Springsteen. AT LAST! I get to hear that bloody banjo. Is it you playing it or Burt Reynolds in a canoe.

A nice country song here Tristyn. Others have commented on your vocals..i agree, and you also remind me of dylan or springsteen. It's funny how some people sing in different ways/accents. good song and I like the whistling near the end too.

Hum along, sing along, whistle along ha ha as we tramp along with ya. Your vocals take on a Roy Orbison, Chris Isaak sort of tone when you do these kind of songs...very cool.

Classic style...A reminiscence of various artist from the past. Well recorded and mastered...You do it well ! This is not the music I use to listen but I have to admit it's well made.

just a cheap martin smith one. very nice though, 6 string the purists might shudder but 6 strings are cool. ha i play it close to the mic with the neck in the air cause i haven't put a strap on it a awkward scene if ever saw lol

you know, I saw one on a stand in your pics and should have known you had that talent. makes it more of an authentic process...what make/model of banjo did you play? Couldn't tell from the photo mic'd or DI? Admire that Tristyn :)

the mix sounds as though you spent some considerable time on it, Tristyn. Nice stereo mix in this..liked the bass lead in walks (bom, bom , bom), touch of harp, ...harmonies through the ending are a gentle touch of nostalgia augmenting this feeling down-song...whistling is perfect! nice touch of banjo (VSTi)...makes a perfect country tune! (1:10 vs 2:20...2:20 came together a little better imo ) Terry
