I like my DNB a bit dirtier than that even, interesting stab and genuinely dark in places, well constructed and an upper top ten placing if that helps :)

lmao at the last 2 comments!!!! Sounds pretty scary to me!! When the beats come in with that hard edged bline it sounds creepy but excellent!! Love that fx sound that sounds like a rusty revolving door or a rusty swing, perfect!!! Brilliant atmosphere!! It reminds me of the Blair Witch movies cuz you dont know whats gonna happen next!! The police sample at the end is a nice little touch!!! Good Luck in the comp Sapphire!!!

lol I just had to laugh at your comment about my No's Hydro......lmao....I know they were pretty pathetic no's to be fair lol maybe I'd given up the fight by that point! Mark? SO did you ever find Mark? lol What'd I tell you about messin with those young men, they draw serial killers, you know that, good use of screams and everything, it's pretty eerie, the volume of this is what makes it scarier then the other entries, when the grimey bass line came in it kinda lost the scariness for me, cuz you pulled back on the scary sounds and it lost it's edge and went into synth mode, yours is the only track that was giving me that fright felling in my chest until the synths came in and then it bacame music again lol The ending was terrible acting tho LOL the "no, nooo" came out so fake LMAO! you did good tho luv, better then me anyway which obviously isn't saying much but you know what I mean LOL.

This is my third listen to this and it still scares the crap out of me, So many great tunes in this comp, It's gonna be hard to find a favorite for me as I thought early on I had it nailed down to one song, but after really sitting down and listening to all of these I mean really listen to the complete songs, It's gonna be really tough for me to push a button when so many including this one deserves a top spot. This is really dark stuff, top class. Love the intro - you're a good actress! The outro with the police radio bits is very reminiscent of Rob Zombie. Great! Rated.

LOVE the Intro - wow really gets serious! A stroke of genius that cos it really sets the mood for the dark D&B; beats which pump out of the ol speakers like bats out of Hades or Peckham - I kept seeing Anne Robinson on Weakest Link with fangs, mists curling about her ankles - zombies as contestents - very strong entry Marie - GL in comp

Don't listen to this at night, it's scary! Have to agree would love the kick to kick some more but this is one Horror-filled track. Reminds me of when I played Quake for the first time with cans in a darkened room! You're showing your dark side here lass. Another one of my favourites in the competition, proper track, great beginning, great middle, great end. Sounds great. Mix is a bit toppy though, plenty of life in the snares, but the kick is a bit polite. Slam it, need brute force, need that kick to kill me. I want it to knock me off my chair lol :)

Who's Mark lol? Great start Marie, maybe too scary, effects are threatening too and would scare kids/babies/puffs/wimps for sure. Maybe it needs a parental warning muhuhaha. There's a great drumming/percussion sound around the 4 or 5 minute mark that I really like - what is it - a sample of something? Good entry for the compo gal. Thumzup but couldn't grasp what the cops were saying at the end easily

Chock fill of atmosphere from the get go and gradually gets dirtier and dirtier with amazing bline....bloody scary in fact...would fit right into a horror flick....I am really impressed with this contest#s entries and think this is right up there with the best.
