I like your pop. Your mom too but that's another matter....hey, this is good! I agree with the others, vocals are buried to deep in the mix, bring 'em up! Rated anyway, it's a good song
If you can't bring the vox up in the track then you definitely need to post the lyrics so we can decipher what the song's about. Nice easy vibe...very relaxing.
Oh, yeah, nominated (I've got two left this week).....oh wait, wrong decade. SYLB.
I'm with Alison, Stuart. This is great, but your original was more, well , original.Nevertheless, have been, and always will be, a fan. Like to hear your vocals up front, for once ........(still not enough btw). That's always been my biggest complaint with your songs (if you even remember me and my whining). You have a great voice, I just wish you knew that......;-). Be proud of this though, I came out of my hole just to comment on this song. Back to it now, "look out below.......................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Thank you for your comments hopefully it will do ok in USA, Thanks again to Lou and Carla xxx
There is the core of a great song in this track but I feel the production is letting it down somewhat. Not that I am a production guru or anything (there are others on this site more adept than me) but I think a better mix would lift this song to the heights it deserves.
Sounds similar to what you have done with Hello to the world. Again turn your vocals up on the chorus - cant hear you. Prefer your old version to this track Stuart. C;
