Envy are a five peice rock/pop band from South East London, originally formed in 1998. We're influenced by just about everything, from The Beatles to Metallica, along with good R'n'B and the club scene every-so-often inbetween. We like good music, play good music and that what counts where we're concerned!
Envy are: Davii Adams (guitar) James Somerville (drums) Stephen Pickup (vocals) Ian Dobbins (Bass).
We're currently missing a 2nd guitarist at the moment, along with photo's, but that'll be sorted out soon!
We're not going to appear on X-Factor, or Idol any time soon, but do venture into the world of pop to see what's going on, but this is a rock band at heart! We just don't suffer from rock snobbery as much as other bands seem to these days, no matter how much Mr Cowell and Co. have gleefully set about wrecking the UK music industry for a quick buck!
Really though, what we could use, would be some feedback on our tracks. None are professionally recorded, but all constructive criticism welcomed!
