Hi Dean, Very Nice I Like the tempo,The vocals and the Lyrics are right on. Nice Piece of work, God Bless.
Hi Dean,,love that classic clean strat sound on the intro. Really nice vocal melodys, and good vocal too. Nicely put together song, with an uplifting progression. Well produced too, reminds me alittle of Nik Kershaw actually, if youve heard of him? Good stuff Dean Gets my rating! Mark
Hi there Dean, this has a really good uplifting feel to it, I can see this being sung in Church with lots of Gusto by the congregation. Nice guitar work on the track, and you do have a nice singing voice. Good track. ONAGER
Firstly, congrats on making the charts here (*applause*) This is a very good track Deano in ALL respects. The drumming is fine imo.Your vocals are tight love the harmonies.I can imagine this going well on a Sunday in respective churches making for an enjoyable time had by all.Production is spot on too.Well done my friend. Andy :)
Thanx Carol. Kinda surprised me but I must say I am smiling :-) Bless you dear, Deano
Way to go Dean! For making the mp3unsigned charts! Fabulous song! :)
Hi Dean.Well,as usuall,by the time I get around to commenting, everythhing has already pretty much been said.So I'll just say I agree with everything thats been said.Great tune, well performed and produced. It rocks for a church tune and I would agree,it would be one of those tunes that would be fun to join in on.BTW,that Carol Sue is a card, lol.Really a sweet lady.
Thanx for the nice comments guys. A harmonica huh Mark????? Interesting. I never considered it but now that you mention it..... A harmonica collab with Mark's daughter.... lol. This song is great in a live environment with a bunch of voices, and of course acoustic drums. Harmony Church still does it even though we moved away from there so I do know it is still being sung live on Sundays at times. Please share with others & Bless y'all, Deano
Dean - drums and bass good for me on this too. I think this is a nicely put together track - gerat harmonies too - sung with feeling - you must be pleased with this track. Rgds. Mike.
Hi Dean.... Tight bass sound.... I writing as im listening... his is great live worship song. The drums don't bother me at all, I'm used to programmed drums as I have to do that myself ;-) they are done well! I like the arrangement as well, has variety and is interesting all the way through... Nice guitar, just enough distortion for sustain but not overkill, very nice man.. the harmonies are nice also and in just the right places... I also see this as going over very well in a live environment... should get everyone singing... on an odd note... while listening to this, my daughter was blowing on a harmonica in the other room and oddly enough it sounded very much in place, it was right at the start of the track... she had no idea what she was doing but the sound fit the song... just thought it was funny.... Perfect song to start my Sunday morning Dean... Thank you. Rating It! Mark
The rim clicks in the intro are a nice touch (well thought of). You're vocals are good on this recording Dean. The song has a good structure. There's a bass note that falls away halfway through the track. Good on the backing vocals (and nice mix there aswell, a lot of backings are mixed in way to hard). As a drummer, I'm not too keen on the programmed drums ;) I can seen however how this would sound great played by a live band ! Good song, good sound.
Hi Dean! I can see why you were excited to get this song recorded! It is simply wonderful! I could only imagine the feeling of having a church sing your song. Wow! Your vocals are fantastic and you are such a gifted musician! The production is really good too! I rate this and nominate! You have placed #1 for the Lord! Bless you my friend! Carol Sue :)
I have been a musician for over 25 years. Started off in the Rock and Roll circuit in Buffalo, NY and then migrated over to Country in the early 90's. In 1996 I moved to South Carolina and surrendered my life to Jesus Christ. This was an opportunity for me to use my talents as an act of worship to The King. I have been involved in music ministry ever since. I pray that you enjoy my music & get a feel for what my heart is focused on.
God Bless
