stellar2 AMEN'd
very good work on the drums m8.. if this track had a real nasty bass.it would remind me of a twisted idividual track..
not bad , somethin differant which is a good thing keep it up i have a new tune up if u have time BACK HANDER
Update: Checking back to see on ur progress on some of ur tunes. I definetly dig how u Eq'd the amen so it is like a blipping kick, I really dig that. Good work, now just needs a catchy overlaying synth to do this track full justice. Also, I have a couple of ideas, for u to bring that blip kick in and out with a formant filter, so it has some variation. PM ME! RespeKt!
I don't reckon this needs a lead vocal line on top as there is plenty going on- but if you do, I'd try and stay with the eastern vibe you've got going at the moment. Nice innovative track with lots of contrasts. Good puppy!
Hey guys, thank you for all your continued support, just posted this update, I like the drums now, i think the old beats blend in ok in the mix, but needs resturcturing, let me know what you think, cheers!
I love the eastern vibe you got going in this. It really feels nice. Dirty sounds ago go make it interesting.
Man....nice track. You need to fatten the drums up some with some compression, and tweak out the attack and release, and maybe layer another break or one hits to thicken the overall tune up. But other than that I loved it. DnB/Experi/Techno....CsRs....RespeKt
very creative track - the tom sound is almost an opposing rhythm, just slightly behind and is really effective - can definitely hear a vocal on top with some interesting lyrics perhaps. well done - cheers -m.mohn
Hi Puppy! I think your own suggestion of adding vocals would be cool! Original and rather trippy sound effects-wild track! Belly dancing track for sure and as mentioned a robotic feel! Do people dance the robot dance anymore? Cool! Rated :)
I enjoy the futuristic sounds here, and you have blended the "robotic" effects good, creating and interesting mix which kept me listening. The subtle background choir(?) or harmony was a really, really nice touch. Great! :)
nice 'exotic' touch to this. has a nice sound here. yet also kinda calm too, maybe cos the drums are in the back or lower. nice one
nice tune tbh..well saph if your belly dancing mind sending me a pic ...hehehhe yes this tune has originality and potential to say the least I like the what your doing man and hope you get plenty of recognition for it as you deserve it take our rascilly rate and recomendation
I like this. Yeah I get the eastern thing aswell. it almost feels like its alive with the sound effts. Really good. Rog
Like the vibe to this, i visualise belly dancers, infact I am belly dancing whilst listening hehehe. Like it, I think it needs something to bring it up a notch maybe some real kick .... beats to give it a bit of a lift. Overall though I like it. Rated
Sick intro ...really like the horn/sax/brass sound - could be bought forward more for my liking . Bass - yep not punching through half as hard as it could do!! Needs impact - but loving the actual sounds and structure of this track . Pump that bass up (in terms of impact )..and get rid of that afflicting bass/kick drum?? Something sounds offbeat....(my dj ears are screaming at me ;-P) Vox sound sweet...Nice listen overall :-P Enjoyed and rated!! Peace x
Hey man, yeah like this, all it needs is a fatter drum patt over the top, so it makes all the other sounds blend in as more of a background percussion rather than the main beat, of course this is just my opinion :) but def on the right tracks dude, especially for 2 hrs work Jase
well integrated composition so far - Bass? -I'm so long in the tooth I thought Drum and Bass was about, well, Drum and Bass!. My 6 year old and me had a jolly good dance to this across the living room chanting the only lyric I know on a Saturday which is Noptts County!!-so must be pretty good, gets our vote!
Music is my oasis.
I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.
this track was sort of boring, and lacks the feel of a planned attack method, however, i enjoyed the abstraction. the one thing i like about your production style is that you stick to your loops, and thats something you can count on, your tracks should loop because thats the whole purpose of the musical theory, and i like the way you do that, but try arranging your tracks more methodically, but yo
