I seriously start to envy this guy ;-) The orchestral pieces are well done, you are apparently a widely talented musician.
I love your string based pieces. :)
I feel like im waching a film listening to this thumbs up here well done
Impressive. The progression of the track is flawless, and I absolutely love the transition at 3:17. This is truly amazing and evocative.
Blimey I missed this'un! Bloody beautiful mate!
OMG this is just a ...ing beautiful piece of work. Love the strings and all the emotion behind them. This could be the next soundtrack on any HUGE EPIC movie. Really respect your art! Eric Thumbs
Just love this one Mart, the string arrangement is up there with great composers of all time.Whatever your drinking in them hills,i would like some.very beautiful track but haunting and the same time.If Muse neeed a support act KTA is the ticket.Enjoyed fella...enjoyed..where's me coat!!!!
I've been reading the Harry Potter series and just finished book 7, the deathly hallows. Have much imagery in my head and this is so fitting toward the sombre mood and climactic events that continually onfold. This is a very emotional piece and bodes well as a dramatic soundtrack piece. Rated and applause!!
Nice and deeply orchestrated. Piece is very whole and imaginative. Ess X
I see lines of people leaving a parched drought stricken city with tears in their eyes as before them they see only darkness and little hope. Then at 3:17 the clouds break the sun is lost as the rains fall. People stand with open gasps at the risk of drowning they dont care they relish every life giving drop as it nourishes and at once rehydrates their spirit Way to go Martin
You got my attention! simply Fantastic, Marvelous, Wonderful Print the music it's a Take! Love it. Vin
Was imagining a picture as painted in the title and wondered if you wrote and performed this epic piece of emotion while actually watching video of a bridge actually burning up (or perhaps you are a closet pyromaniac and created it whilst admiring your work..;0). I suppose it could be anything slowing being devoured by fire but the bridge works for me. Great composition Mart.
First, very nice string arrangement, very evocative. Builds very nicely and the structure seems very good. The piano introduction is indeed epic. Getting that Muse vibe now (a lazy comparison I know) As far as the mix goes, the piano could possibly be a touch loud in the mix (there may be very slight overload on the channel here) but personally I found the bombast of this part quite cool. I think it is a really immense track, well done :)
Damn, this is a great piece of work Mart. This is what you do best IMO - huge epic sounds with great musical structure. Downloading and adding to my playlist. Nothing else to say, all sounds great to me - just love the dramatic piano parts! Rated btw
very powerful melody :) nice and moody and quite edgy too :) I don't really have anything to compare this to...as it's something I very rare get to hear...plenty of drama :) it's a very provocative piece... thinking a head I could hear some glitch sounds and random noise...I love noise lol not saying it needs anything...just thinking how I could hear this is more my own pref to what I listen...I would say the mix is a bit heavy...deffo when it changes mood around 3:20.. heavy on the dynamics :) other than that.. very tiny crit...easy tweak with a better mix down...awesome work...peace,Ricky
I'm gonna listen while I'm in the chat box so I might just give the old "this is good" comment lol sorry, I'm not in the mood and really I should give this one my ears best. wasn't expecting a classical piece in the least, good string and brass sounds going on, kinda have a metal echo to them but not the annoying one, it actually sounds right in the mix, I listen to opera and celtic and classical and everything so I didn't have a prob making it through to the end, good work.
This great Mart. It develops beautifully, always weaving and changing; bringing in new aspects. Yeah it made me jump hee hee, better submit it for hallowe'en compo!! I think the piano gets a little drowned, not too badly but just enough to note here. The ending is a little bit "normal" for you so I'm guessing ya gonna do summat to end it properly? I like the title - does it mean a seachange in your musical outgoings, or, because it is a portrait maybe just a hint of that? Thumzup dude on a wonderful piece of emo captured into music.
I think this mix is perfect. The dynamic are where they should be. Nothing too loud or abrupt imo. Nice dramatic piece. ez r8!

First off, let me say that Mart (aka Kiss The Abyss) is one of my favorite artists on this site. The first track I heard from KTA was 'Cosmonautica', an excellent piece of melodic/musical trance. The more KTA tracks I heard though I realise that Mart is always up for experimenting with new genres and styles. This track, 'End of Ages' is yet another track infusing a mix of genres that I have yet to
I love the sound of this cut. It seems well balanced and my computer set up for listening is sweet so I can really hear any thing that's not sitting right in the mix. The arrangement is well done and there are no holes in the recording or performance. The vocals are clear and passionate. The bass seems a bit thin and could use a tad more punch but I still enjoyed it all the way through. All i
Does anyone remember the film Bill and Ted's excellent adverture? and the scene when Mozart sat infront of a keyboard synthesizer for the first time and was amazed by the sounds that came from it when he tried to play? Well if Mozart was to hear KTA's version of his own classcial masterpiece, then i am sure, he would of been blown away. I just hope i am right in saying 'Cosmic Requiem' was inspire
