Excellent work Andy. Very well done!!!! :o)
Always a treat to listen to your fine productions, Andy! Sorry I had missed this when you posted back in 2009... I enjoyed listening now. A classic- timeless piece, mysterious, beautiful~ and best of all, I know who created it! =Bravo=
A classic in the making, beautifully arranged, thought provoking and haunting. Rated.
Wow I've listened to 2 different Andys tonite from 2 totally different genres and both were great... Andy once again you amaze me... how does all this FLstudio stuff work... I love the complexity of this and the dynamic ebb and flow of it... really nice work . . . could easily work in any action epic drama! well deserved rating and such!
Wowwww. A movie soundtrack! What a great song to test out my new fixed stereo on! The first track to do it with, too :|. I like the big hits and stabs with the "Dundundundundunnn". I feel like a mad worrier going to kick some patooty. Then it goes into a serious "action" type sound. Awesome way to change it up, Andy. I've always been a fan of your ability to do that. Just thinkfastandchange. Not many that can do that, you know! After the embrace of excitement it calms a bit with some excellent piano lines. That sounds very awesome. Dude. This would HAVE to be in a movie. A video game at least. The kick is kind of a bit out of place for me but that's just my opinion, man, don't worry about that. I'm entranced by the beauty of battle music. This would be cool to hear in "God of War" video games. I love the tinkling, too. That adds some great small detail to the track. A little detail can go a long ways. Perfect example there. Then a flute! Wow, now that sounds cool. Nice melody to it, too! Very nice. Then some wirleys in the background before a sudden burst to end the stomping force of battle music. Definitely a winner in my book. Sound wise, it's very clear and pristine sounding. The arrangement is so brilliant! How on Earth did you come up with that? It works really well with all the instruments you used. I liked it. Although the kick was kinda "ehh", it didn't stop me from picturing myself in a dragonslayer movie or something to that order. Or maybe a marching German army with some tanks to go blow some dudes away. All in all... Awesome track, Andy. It was good to finally comment on something! And not just something. An Andy F song at that! Have a great day!
I am but a latecomer. Alas my steed has trounced these plains and is need of a calm oasis in which to rest it weary, saddle-heavy mass. This has such a expression and imagery as to make me smell horses and high plains; drifting. Purpose and meaning. :)
top work, Andy...wouldn't be surprised to hear this in a movie release soon...deffo got a wow factor to it, hats off
Mega! What an epic piece this is...it certainly has all the quality of a major motion picture soundtrack, you do this so well, fabulous stuff.
Fantastic soundtrack Andy, nice changes throughout, big percussion elements and nice string arrangement as always.Production was class.
Great work Andy, as always an epic journey! Couldnt possibly get into technicals on this piece but I can say it has some excellent tension in it. Brilliant and rated!!! Barry
Wonderful track!Top production! Dirk
Enjoyed it, Andy, far better than most of the movie soundtracks I've been listening to lately! Interesting arrangement, and silky-smooth performances made this a real pleasure. Did notice some clipping around the 4 minute mark when the chimes started that was slightly distracting, otherwise production was flawless.
Gets all those silly square things pushed down. Splendid was one of the adjectives that fits well. Stunning another. WTG Andrew. Dan
Nice one Andy! I'm a sucker for epic music lol. The only criticism I have is that this needs to be better mixed so we don't hear distortion in this piece like what Pidgeman mentioned. Regardless, the material shines through the sound quality issue, but fix if you can. ;) Anyways, I won't say anything else that hasn't been said. Awesome job Andy! I love your work. Keep it coming! :)
wow, this is fantastic! production so clear and brilliantly arranged. top work.
Splendid piece of work. Brings horses, mountains, wind and determination to mind. Another incredibly good effort, Mr Foyston. Again, I'm incredibly impressed by your talents. A well deserved rate, Sir. INcidentally, through my speakers there's no distortion, but there is in my headphones too. Loved it though.
Stunning piece of music Andy. Really grippping stuff. Love the changes it goes through, definitely cinematic in scope. I wonder if the master volume is a bit high because I'm hearing some distortion through my headphones especially on the big orchestral stabs. Apart from that, brilliant. Love it. Rated. Craig
Excellent composition Andy. Top production too, clear as a bell.
This is an amazing movie track, drums, strings voices, everything absolutely perfect. Congrats Andy on producing such an inspiring piece. The film makers should be forming a queue for this one!!! Easy Rate
Depicts your vision perfectly, this has real purpose and urgency, the arrangement is super.

Awesome production,i think i want to used in my motion picture.."Where in the hell is Dan E. Peck" All buttons pushed brother!
I love this, smashing, smashing through out,I like the piano and the total control you have on those drums is awesome, the strings just perfect, and the aahs all at the right time, speaking of time it's time to download this one . Thanks andy Vin
Like the sharp angular rhythms and dramatic melodies. You really know how to make an orchestra rock! Another professional sounding production. You make those horsemen really come alive - the music just flooded my room with mighty emotions. Wow.
Freakin' brilliant Andy! Another masterpiece. The piano was unexpected but really serves as the catalyst for the breakdown! Very enjoyable listen and highly recommended!
Hi! I have been interested in music since an early age and now enjoy making tracks with the various software available.Such as Edirol, EWQLSO and my new addition, Miroslav Philharmonik which has some strings to die for, all this sequenced in Fruity Loops. I now seem to concentrate on composing Classical Soundtrack material. I also enjoy rearranging tracks in collaboration with the awesome talent on show here. Please stop by anytime and enjoy! The Chambers album has been accepted in the Music Dept of the National Library of Israel and hopefully will be added to the holocaust museum there.

I really enjoyed the melody. Loved the flute.... more than the bass :)
If I had my music software working, I could put my finger on it, but overall, just loved it!
Seeing as how I have been completely laid up for the past two doing doing nothing but honking into a handkerchief and spluttering like a man drowning (Ed: just a seasonal cold, tut tut poor reviewer), it seems appropriate that I should come riding back into the fray on orchestral wings. On second thought, after that sentence, maybe I should just go back to bed. Andrew Foyston (to give
Valour and Honour – Andy F- Essence Review Well, what can I say? It’s a huge track and no one can deny! Huge sounds, very dramatic indeed! I’ll try to skip the obvious comment of “this should be in a film” because it is obviously your intention Andy, to make your tunes fire the imagination and conjure up all kinds of themes and scenes to which your tracks could be impl
This an immensely dramtic and emotional piece of music. It's actually difficult to think where to start. The beginning is probably the best place. The haunting melody at the beginning truly sums up the emotion I can only imagine would be felt by prisoners being taken to the gas chambers. The bells add a nice touch, hinting to everyone that death is close. You can almost smell the mud and
Andy wondered if i was up for classical pieces when he submitted this for review! Good news is, yes I am! I have always loved orchestration, as does everyone if you really think about it. Whes used to it's full scope, 'classical' music fully captures and envokes all the feelings and meaning that modern music strives to recreate in different ways. Andy's 'The Last Galleon' does just that, the sus
T'was brass monkey weather time, three years ago, I reviewed a track called Di Da Mix (October 2003) and although liking its content (a little), disliking its production (even littler) and thoroughly berated the composer to get serious about his sound. AndyF (yep, you guessed it) obviously did because as many of you know, he's been in here plugging away ever since and btw, he did get s
Currently number one in MP3 Unsigned's Official chart, DHGC is a collaboration from two artists I have come to know very well, one for a very long time and one I've met within the last year. I first met AndyF a million years ago on another site when I reviewed his first track Di Da Mix (October 2003) and liked it. That hasn't always been the case, not because Andy isn't a good musician
Call me a sycophant if you like, I just don't care. I am bowled over by the undoubted talents of Andy F, and his latest track, Tears, is no exception. Building his orchestration around the superb vocals of Amy Caldwell, the loving care and attention given to this crisp and professional work is evident from the outset. It's always easy to eulogise over great songs and, naturally, personal taste c

ONE NOTE FIRST - “Although I am not totally into classical music, this song certainly has made me become interested in it. Fantastic score, fantastic instruments, fantastic feel to the song – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED” Review – Starting off smooth, the piano work done at the beginning is great, although could have been uplifted a bit to hear it a bit better, but with all the other instrument work
