Deep Decay was formed by myself (Steve "Killer Riffz" Hardy) and a few friends in September 1999. I then took it on as my solo project in the vain of Trent Reznor and Alec Empire as the others went onto bigger and better things (...cough?!?splutter?!). Musically Deep Decay draws influence from Nine Inch Nails, Metallica, Alec Empire and Tool, combining darkly unique industrial atmospherics with killer metal riffz. Deep Decay released it's first four track demo entitled, ">chemical burns" at the begining of 2005 which I wrote, performed, produced, recorded etc. myself.
