Really nice mix of Electronica and Indie. A great sound. Rated. Craig
Fantastic, just let me fade into the ether, reminds me of a more accessible Cocteau Twins. This is why I never listen to controlled FM radio anymore. A+!!!
Amazing... absolutely gorgeous. The vocals seem to be about right to my ears, but I suppose I do have a little trouble making out what is being said in some parts... so maybe a touch extra would be a good thing. Excellent, either way.
rated and reviewed respect from the amsterdamm production crew
I have nothing but good words for Greenhaus, they are amazing live and their tracks continue to be special. This is the first new track I've heard from them in a while and its great. 9/10.
Loved it. Right up my street :) But as the other have commented, the vocals need to be a bit further forward in the mix.
Destined to be a mega-hit -- love it -- but I do agree with Rakk, this would benefit greatly by some adjustments to the levels. Meanwhile, I enthusiastically offer 9.
dreamy. turn the vocals up a bit kids! you get a very respectable evenly balanced and sensibly awarded 7.

Greenhaus, established in 1999, with early 12" releases on Beggars Banquet and Kickin Records, "were" considered a techno outfit.
Nowadays the band couldn't be further removed from that genre. Over the last few years and with many live gigs and tours behind them (including supports with Gary Numan, De/Vision, Jon Foxx and Mesh) the band have recorded and released 2 albums. Another Life (2004) has been described as 'best suited for those into lunar and dreamy moods' , 'space rock with electro grooves' and 'an album that really announced Greenhaus' arrival as a major player in the modern music scene'.
The previous album - The Unmistakable Sound of Sloth (2002) was described as 'the offspring between ambient and wave' and an 'essential album that will cater to a wide range of musical tastes'.
The band now comprises two original remaining members, with Steve Bellamy on production, arrangement, guitars, keyboards and electronics and Jon Williams on lead guitars, acoustic guitars and 12-strings. They've also teamed up with solo artist Phoenix J to provide main vocals, melody and lyric writing.
Although other singers have appeared now and then, including Lahannya and Anthony Neale, Phoenix has really stamped her name on the future releases. Her beautifully crafted melodies and tone lend to the overall offering being described as 'almost therapeutic' and likened to Massive Attack and the Cocteau Twins.
Greenhaus live also includes Clark Denham on bass guitar, Warren Farr on drums and Susana Vicario on keyboards and backing vocals.
The band has recently completed their next studio album 'You're Not Alone' which will be released in the winter of 2005/2006. It is also planned for a 4 track EP to be released prior to this. The new album will introduce live strings and woodwind arrangements, as well as live drums provided by Achim Faerber of Project Pitchfork. 'You're Not Alone' will continue, and take much further, the chill out themes of 'Another Life'.
Higher ground, this track has a definitive retro feel to it.It is actually quite difficult to peg this number into any particular musical genre as it straddles quite a few, musically I am reminded of the band "YES" coupled with celtic undertones.Vocally at least on this track I would have to say,a dash of shakespears sister in parts.
I just finished listening to this song for the 5th time and this review is of a of 'On the fly' kind. What can you say about this band that hasn't already been said by reviewers from here and other sites already.. The sound that they produce is like listening to the blood flowing through your vains.. You know its flowing but it does it with silent serenity... The sound you hear issueing forth fr
