A place to post all your wonderful studio gearbargains that you couldn't live without!

Me:

- Presonus Tubepre. Cheap and very useable for lots of things.
-M-audio prokeys 88sx ... cheap and essential for me (onboard sounds are fairly bad like)!

Me,
My Behringer Ultra Voice Pro VX2000, great cheap mic pre amp/ voice processor. I use it on anything I mic up, not just vocals. made such a huge difference on the recording quality, Didnt have to process things half as much when i got that.

I bought a cardboard box full of old leads and plugs many years ago from some home studio enthusiast that had lost his enthusiasm. Hidden at the bottom was an old tobaco tin crammed full of different connectors. I can plug anything into anything! No more scuttling off to Maplins for me. £5.00.

As far as the cheaper stuff goes, check out the E-Bow for guitar - I got one on E-Bay for under $100. Great for creating unusual sounds on guitar using a magnetic field for infinite sustain or feeback.
