Halloween Comp 2010!

MP3Unsigned Halloween Contest 2010

Rules:

1) Each track submitted must be new to the site and preferably created this month

2) Tracks can be in any genre or style.

3) Tracks submitted can be solo or collaborative efforts, instrumental or with vocals

4) Last but not least, each track submitted must have a Halloween theme! (dark, creepy, horror, scary etc)

Prizes

I'm putting this prize up myself as our next sponsor will require more of a lead in and running time. The first prize is a Tascam US-428 midi controller (used by yours truly but it perfect condition).



This baby will save you tearing your hair out from fiddling with the mouse in your DAW, you have a jog wheel, faders for 8 tracks (unlimited banks), transport, mute, solo, midi, EQ etc. It's also got 2 XLR inputs, two balanced 1/4" inputs, two unbalanced 1/4" inputs, 1/4" headphone out, and S/PDIF I/O and 32 channels of midi/IO. It's a great piece of kit for both midi and analogue artists. You don't have to install any boards or soundcards, you just plug it in via USB. If your DAW can handle a midi controller then this should fit right in, if not well it comes bundled with Cubasis VST (Steinberg).

1) The much lauded artist of the week position on the main homepage (over consecutive weeks if a collaboration involving more than one artist)

2) Graphic medal on artists page (in artist Bio)

3)Second and third place will receive graphics medals and artist of the week spots in consecutive weeks.

The winners will be chosen by public vote, if there is a tie site Admin will decide the winner.

No restrictions on song length or content, just click the Parental Advisory check box in the MP3 upload if the lyric content is not for kids ears
