The way this goes for me in instant in its grab. draws me in without even a wink.
A beautiful piece of music, Gibbo
Quite spell-binding...the repetition...the sounds...the beats you layered in there...the arrangement...it flowed from the opening...liked that phrase..the bass reinforcing the bottom...I think I enjoyed the sitar emerging the most...very soothing, despite (or because of) the energy :) Thumbs!
First track from MP3 Unsigned this month is from a name that is familiar to me, but only from froum postings and his Variable Frequency station. He has some interesting people in his Recommended By...list including such Mp3 Unsigned lumina
What a rich and vibrant sound, unique to this artists talent is the ability to merge all sounds together into one masterpiece. Superb quality and fantastic feel to the song, the whole tempo merged well between systems and yet indulged us to remain true to the style of the song.Excellent beats and drum work, I found this to be very relaxing and yet travelling, the start of the song decides for you
I have been a fan of VF since I first heard his stuff and I was impressed recently when he mentioned he uses Propellerhead's Reason for all his sounds. My own experience with Reason is that it has distinctly low-quality sounds and VF's stuff always sounded really polished to me. However, with everything squashed into a 128kb mp3, its quite difficult to judge on true high-end quality regardless a
