Mik, Jaz and Scott met each other a few years ago through high school and Martin and Mik come from a huge family of musicians (yes, we are related but the explanation of how depends on who you ask and how drunk they are). We loved heavy music and all that sh*t, so we formed the band with no particular aims other than to jam, smoke dope, drink beer and have a good time, and we still do the same thing today. Jaz and Brazil make the band's rhythm section, and are clearly the tightest members on stage. Brazil - with his self-developed punk/jazz skin-pounding - and Jaz - who plays his bass like a percussionist anyway - add groove and power in the overall sound. Martin and Mik are like brothers with an almost telepathic sense of what sounds sh*t hot, and what sounds like hot sh*t. Mik provides the relentless riffage, and Martin, the abrasive/haunting melodies; so altogether the sound is a mix of the bands influences which still sounds different from them all. We don't concentrate on being unique, we just are...bitch. Fu*k what I think anyway, see for yourself... No success without excess \m/ik
