How original is this? Excellent.
Very inventive intro! Cool beat and vocal moves this along nicely and fits the FX for a unique sound and appeal! I like it! Rated!
A very original piece of work - outstanding lyrics - strong vocal - intricate melody - love the instrumentation and the effects used throughout the mix - epic stuff. Rated
Best track I've heard for a couple o weeks dude. Got a great vibe and flows nicely. The theme distorted phrase that runs thru it (saying "michael" or "w4nker"?) is quality. The synths after the intro accompanying the vocal are really cool and it builds nicely. I would have liked to have read the lyric so maybe ya put it up. Yeah 7.5 mins disappears. Drums come in nicely with the automated sounds that appear to click at the same rate as old telephone exchange strowger relays!! Some vocal parts are under-par compared to the generally good standard but i can't have everything. Post 5 mins it's getting a little congested also but well-done Gary, thumzup
This reminded me of a cross between The Cure and Tool. I didn't even realize it was over seven and a half minutes!!! I was caught up in trying to figure out what parts remind me of the Cure and what parts remind me of Tool! LOL!!! THUMB!!
A great project. Full of lovely stabs of bigness.
This is unique.Very creative .You've got a great talent for production and lyrics.Easy to rate. All the best Paul
As always Gary you have power to enthral and entice in to the dark spaces. This is some powerful stuff from the melding of the everyday sounds we all take for granted into the slide and slither of sinuously woven sounds. And then its through the ice wall and into forlorn heart of the beat and the words, sung with a bitter twist. Loved every bit of it .........................
Intro sounds V sweet through my cans. Melting me into the track....soundscape is full and warm. Ohhh like the vocal, a perfect blend with with music, and perfect tone for the track. Well mixed also, good levels. Love the "rise n fall feel" of this track. Long intro, maybe bring forward the drop. Having said that....when it did drop it seemed a good place also. Harder kick is one thing I lust for, but I do enjoy this track. I think it works. Would like to hear some of the start atmos right at the end where you just fade out the music ;) Ess X
Wow, i'm impressed. Very good stuff on this track. I love the lyrics, very intelligent.
I really like this! Very imaginative. The beginning is friggin terrific. The way the voices melt into the synths. then the main vox. And that synth bass keeping the song level and together with all the blips and other stuff going on around it. The only distraction in this song is trying to enjoy all the different fx and stuff going on. Very very well done! Totally enjoyed...

The Delivery System is not dead in reality, the former state of deadness was in fact a clever ruse for work avoidance purposes.Toward this end, the new album 'No Purchase Necessary' is at the mastering stage. In the unlikely event of any persons wanting a copy, feel free to contact me, and I'll give the matter serious consideration.
The Delivery System is dead until further notice.
So Tedd-Z suggested that I do a review of this track, so here goes! When I saw that it was over nine minutes long, I admit to having let out a groan almost as long as the song. Generally speaking, 5 minutes is my limit for songs but I listened to it all through five times. After those listens however, I still feel that this track is way too long and that seriously detracts from it's com
I try real hard to stick to the list system because I believe it is the fairest way to do this whole reviewing malarky. Unfortunately, it does mean that a lot of my own personal favourite artists never get a look in, usually because they know that I am crazed with review requests and they feel others need the exposure more. Welp, I disagree, and whenever one of my own favourites releas
From the channel switching opening to the cut up wavelength searching beats you know that a bout of Delivery System magic is about to descend from that pallette of abstractly left field viewpoints. The only thing you can rely upon when you open up a TDS song is that it will not be predictable or safe. The smooth electronica beat that takes you through the opening is just there to lull you into a tot
This is a weird one to review; I don’t know how to word it or even start I made comments on this track before I offered to review it, was this a mistake Let’s find out. What stands out for me and the best part of this track is the bass, unsure if its vst or a bass player, but there are major doubts to that it sounds as real a bass player that I have ever heard. so for me the performance
In 1981 Roger Sperry received a half share in that year’s Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine: "for his discoveries concerning the functional specialization of the cerebral hemispheres" “For what!” I hear you say. In short Roger Sperry and his team had discovered that we don’t actually have one brain, we have two. Not only that but they did quite different things. Now
Already the subject of one review this month, August is shaping up to be Delivery System month. Not that I mind overly much because TDS has long been a particular favourite of mine ever since I first met Ffabbia (aka TDS) on a site far away and long ago. I still have a great many of his tracks from that time but I have to say over the past two years or so, this artist has improve
Some wisecracking genius accused me recently of 'making music that comes from pluto' - but whether it was the dog Pluto or the planet Pluto was never made clear. I wish it to be known that I do not make music from Pluto or anywhere else, but The Delivery System will might - and it wouldn't be a planet in this solar system though, or probably not even in this galaxy. Ffabbia (aka T
This is one of my favourite Serenity tracks … so what has become of it once it’s been through the Ffabbia Filter ? I love the reggae feel that Ffabbia’s given to the track, but there’s loads of other stuff going on as well. I particularly like the strings and the guitar during the verses, the bass playing is inventive and well played. The FX works well too and the percussion i
For those of you who don't know me I'm half of Serenity here at Mp3unsigned.com an aspiring singer/song writer. I'm not a producer and don't intend to take the song apart but give my views as a listener.
A review of - ARK-artist-The Delivery System I'm reviewing the wondefully bizarre artist known as The Delivery System, and one of my personal favorite tracks by The Delivery System as well. I am not a professional reviewer by any means, and one could easily find a more intelligent read among the reviews. I shall give my assessment of the track none-the-less. First off, I'll explain b
‘Let There Be Salt’ – a few wordies from Spyda First reaction – “Oh my God!” I couldn’t believe my ears! A jazz based vocal track from yet another ‘old acquaintance’. Can this possibly be produced by the same person regarded previously by some as “outrageously wild”, “manic”, “occasionally neurotic”, “bordering on paranoid”, “really way out there” & “so very talented” – ye
Imagine my suprise when I saw Gary in a tux as he crooned into the mic to the almost transparently grey slow moving dancers looked blankly at the surroundings that did nothing... His words bled in tear stained colours but the dancers were blind to everything but their own disintigrated feelings
The artist Ffabbia states that his music is "quirky as hell"; and it is. As well as "dark and moody". Yeah, it's that too. The tune in question, "Never Leave the Bathing Hut", has an 80's feel to it. The drum machine groove is kept afloat by the bass played in real time that has a nice, funky feel that intertwines the music beautifully. Ffabbia's lyrics are sung with a HIGHLY affected deliver
