Having spent many years playing the London pub circuit, both solo and with several bands, I prefer to work as a studio singer/songwriter these days (although I still gig with my wife as part of "Maggie's Guitar"). I sometimes collaborate with lyricists, especially my dear friend Dawn Sinclair. One such recent collaboration with Dawn was "The Babes In The Wood" about the unsolved murders ot two nine year old girls in Brighton, UK, in 1986. The CD is now on sale in that region (all benefits going to childrens' charities) and has been endorsed by my friend and world renowned songwriter, Paul Williams.

I play mostly guitar (which I also teach), but also keyboards, bass, mandolin and dobro. In other words, I play all instruments heard on my recordings.
Another claim to fame was my British TV appearance on "Stars In Their Eyes", where I portrayed my boyhood hero, Jim Croce. |
