Track Comments Music & Arrangement by Ronen Shmueli.
Built on a Blues form, this latin flavored piece is harmonized with modern approach. The catchy head melody played by the soprano saxophone gets some nice different connotations by the harmony and horns voicings through-out the head.
Performed live in Tel-Aviv, Israel on May 12, 2004 by the "Ronen Shmueli Septet".
Soloists - Amir Lekner (alto sax), Niv Toar (trumpet), Erez Druk (soprano sax), Daniel Dor (drums).
"Ronen Shmueli Septet" Personnel:
Ronen Shmueli - Piano;
Amir Lekner - Alto Saxophone, Flute;
Niv Toar - Trumpet, Flugelhorn;
Erez Druk - Tenor & Soprano Saxophones;
Zohar Sapir - Trombone;
Yair Glottman - Bass;
Daniel Dor - Drums.
