Hi Markku. This is a very nice piece of Jazz. Not really into the genre myself but then again who knows what will happen to my musical tastes as I gradually get older! Still I can say that this is a very good performance and there are some things on this track that wow me especially what you do with that guitar on 2:00. Thanks for sharing this. I have voted for you. PJ
Been very busy and involved with teaching guitar players via blog about scales/modes and how to become a better jazz guitarist. It's also a good place for picking up some guitar tips, riffs, licks etc. The blog can be found at In The Key of "M". I've also begun playing with my trio which consists of guitar, acoustic bass and percussion. Stop by my web page at http://jazzmeup.2tunes.com for much more music.
My studies began at the Ontario conservatory of music in Canada at a young age. Later I received a degree in music education from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago. My education included vocal training, playing all orchestral and band instruments, band administration, conducting, orchestration and performing. My majors were flute and piano. Cello and bass viol (upright bass) were my favorite. Guitar was an instrument I learned to play at 17 and became quite successful with it.

I've created a place called "The Jazz Connection" for artists and fans looking for the cream of the crop indie instrumental jazz. I've already included some on the site with a reviews and links to their web site and music. If you are an indie, unsigned jazz instrumental band or an artist or know of one and feel that you or they have the real stuff it takes leave me your link and I will check it out. There must be atleast 8-10 downloadable files for me to download and they must be a full version rather than a short one. I won't judge anyone on a few, as a couple tracks in my opinion does not show consistency and the full talent and artistery of the band which I'm looking for. For more info and or to check out who is there currently visit The Jazz Connection.
