Dirty Weekend
All too very familiar (or so I've been told lol). Nice one dudes and I like that chord change in the verse 1st lines. Lush sound ya got going on. They're prob midi but the banjo and guitar sound really nice. Thumzup
Doesn't replace Blue Jeans as my favorite and as far as which song makes me smile more, Blue Jeans still wins.....But it's close! Wonderful.....
Hi Laura and Baz this is a fun tune laughing all the way.So many class lines in this tune,one that really jumped out "Don´t ever live with a muso" i can relate to that i have music on the brain 24/7.Will watch tv enjoying the film....and then i lock onto the music and then im in another world lol.Hope you made sweet music after recording this.Vocals,strings and production is first rate.P : )
Sometimes, a lyric and a melody just hit the nail on the head...THIS IS IT!! How fun, cute, whimsical, lively! Everything seems to fit in this sweet rambling on relationships and music. Awesome! A thoroughly enjoyable with DSS!! All the best for 2012! Thumbs! ;)
I'm lovin this, ya its lyrically fun, but its also beautifully performed, arranged and mixed. so cool the way it melodically sways like flying with the string section. nice harmonizing, it really is well done, you guys are great!
Happy new year.What a great track. The melody is really unusual,It has a bouncy jolly feel.Great to hear the banjo. It has a 60's feel to me.It's one of those tracks that makes you smile and cheers you up.Rated. Paul.
This is wonderful! As I think you know we are married songwriters as well and we just love your tracks. This is very unique in many ways. I hear a lot of influences in this but I do feel it has a personality all it's own. Great job on this track and thanks for the kind reviews. We'll comment more when we get time. Keep them coming and keep the faith!

Hey guys, what an inviting song. It's warm and loving. A great opener for the new year. I particularly like the backing vocals, very melodic and finishes beautifully.
Hi Laura & Baz, First of all Happy New Year! I totally agree with Dave on the opening line "How about some nookie". As soon as I heard that I smiled and thought "YES!" I felt a great connection between you two as I listened to this. In my opinion it is like sparks flying. Everything works well. Loved it. I've voted. PJ
Grinning ear to ear over here! What a great tune! And the perfect couple to sing this duet, I can "see" every line you deliver :) Yvonne will relate to me tapping my foot while being forced to watch tv, lol, can't wait to share this beauty with her! Well done, and happy new year Baz and Laura!
You just cannot beat an opening line such as 'How about some nookie'...lol. Ace as always.

Ok...this is more of a comment than a review. Sweet Song! I had a lousy day today, was fooling around trying to relax, and this song did the trick. Everything fit so nicely when I closed my eyes it mellowed me right out. Thanks! &nbs;
