IMPAQ's musical influences include Big Pun (R.I.P.), Nas, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Common, Vico C, KRS One, Rakim, Biggie, etc.

But his main influences remain his late grandfather, his family and, most importantly, his partner in life, struggle and victory and best friend - his wife.
