My ultimate goal in writing music to glorify God and edify believers. Anyone else who is encouraged in the process is a bonus.

I received 2 Billboard World Song Contest "Honorable Mention Awards" in 2003. Contemporary Christian Music Category. My web site has more info on them. In addition to about 60+ registered songs, I have written seventeen (17) children songs which are currently being used in a children's program being developed over the last 5 years at my church. I have produced 2 CD's on my own and hope to continue to improve my ability in that area. I just began to delve in the area of using my small studio for outside (other's) recordings. I have found that to be challenging and enjoyable. I am a Member of: TAXI, Yamaha Arranger Workstation Forum, Motif Forum, Tyros World, Cakewalk Forum, and am a PSR Tutorial "Charter Member".

I have been married to Dennis for 28+ years - a wonderful man who has always been extremely supportive of my music. He really helps me with my sound when I sing anywhere. I am a bit of a rebel, I home educated my 2 children from 4th through 12th grade. They were both on the Dean's List while attending the local college during their last few (home schooled) high school years - there's nothing like dual credit. They are now grown & married to wonderful people and I am happy to say they both love music - one is quite the singer/songwriter. Of course, I couldn't be biased could I?
