i like all music, so i am inspired to put elements of other musics into the context of Metal. i think of myself primarily as a drummer, but i would be very unfullfilled without the guitar as well. i really don't like to be pigeonholed either, tho my own creativity comes out always in the form of Metal, that does not mean that i am colored by that alone. i believe Metal is a large enough genre to accept influences from anywhere in order to keep it alive and relevant. i am not a trained musician, i was self-taught from the age of 4, for better or worse. the sky is the limit and i see no need to be painted into any corners creatively. |
