Ahh thanks for the feedback tbwig. Yupp I'll never stop trying to improve myself, I like to persevere and keep on working hard. I'll post the lyrics to this song now, and I'll have a listen to some other tracks on here too.
seems as though someone is working on delivery :)... fine backing beats and bass (don't think you can have too much bass in this) helps energize your vocals...a quick perusal of prior tunes shows how far you have come. Still a ways to go, imo, but you're taking this on and working, working and working more on your craft. Rhythm, Rhyme and Cadence are the most important tools that you need in great measure in this genre. I like to read the lyrics while I listen...any way of posting them? Seems to be a tale of the wounded heart in here, a tale everyone can relate to...a good strategy to get your audience with you)...suggest: that you get out on the site - mp3u- and leave comments on others. Build a presence on mp3u, not just dropping tracks.Share the love of music by encouraging others. Nice to hear progress :)
Thanks for the feedback Ron! Yeah I was just thinking about the sound level of the music with my vocals but I thought it would lead to greater impact.
Great lyrics, real, --- production not bad, a little too much bass --- Hiphop is probably lower frequency, yours seems too high/mid.
