A couple of days ago my group's song 'Restless' reached number 2 in the Indie chart and now it's not even on there at all!  The track rating had average 10 out of 4 votes but for some reason it has gone down to 9.5 out of 4 votes.  What's going on here?  Can anyone shed some light on this strange occurrence?

Thats how the charts work.  One minute you can be at the top, the next you're halfway down.  A single 9 vote can easily do that after how every many 10s.

So how can 4 votes with an average of 10 suddenly change to 4 votes with an average of 9.5?

The average (for that's what it is) you scored was 10 so you probably have three 10 scores and someone else has voted you 9..  This decreases your overall score by .5.
