Play window messed up

Underneath the pause/fast forward/rewind buttons there's usually a symbol that looks like the letter 'E' with a circle round it.

Whenever I load up a track, this 'E' is briefly visible, but then is replaced by when looks like a tiny scrolling list of something or other, and an error message saying "ERROR unable to load skin check URL to wimpy/skin in your"

Consequently I am unable to play any more than a few seconds of any track on the site.

It's ok, sorted it by deleting cookies and all the rest.
