How to use the Support Desk

Please ONLY use the Support Desk IF you cannot find an answer to your problem or question in the site FAQ

- To open a support ticket, simply start a new thread and report your problem.

- A member of the Admin Team will try to help you as quickly as possible - however this may take up to 12 hours.

- To ensure that your query is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide as much detail as possible including links and screen shots of any errors.

- Support tickets can only be replied to by the thread poster and the site Admin Team.

- Before posting, please use the Search Function to check that your question has not already been answered through another thread within the Support Forum.
