Sick as a pig Main system near total collapse

I'll make it brief!

I allowed a Microsoft Windows update on Wednesday (15/8/12).

Now I have two trojans of which my current software can neither detect or remove!!

The trojans/virus' are called:-

win32:malware-gen

and

win64:sirefef.A(tri)

I have tried all sorts of measures to try and remove it with no success! If anyone has any idea's I would love to hear from you!!

Windows updates have also stopped working!!

It seems a lost cause Maybe a new hard drive and copy over any important stuff (lot's of)!!

Any help would be grateful!!
