First new track from me after moving back to the Netherlands. Unfortunately for the world at large, none of my equipment was damaged in the move so more melancholy melodies from the dog pound will soon be coming your way...

This one has the delightfully pretentious title of A Mote in Space.

Really love this man!!! Great lyric.. Oh ya... there it is... A feeling that hangs over everything like a beautiful dark cloud... Great harmony... Nice touch. Really got into this one my friend.

Very nice contrast between the acoustic parts with vocal and harmony to the guitar solo where the song becomes more rocky. Works well and enjoyed the listen.

Jon, the stripped back opening is a draw...loved that...then the fuller production emerged to push the chorus...liked that arrangement...best of all is your vocal work...very intimate nuances in the vox and acoustic parts...Alkmaar? Work takes you to the Netherlands? Got your studio up and running there...glad to hear this result...glad you "found the grain that keeps you sane..."
