Identical band names..

Hi There
I've just found another band with the name 'The Naughty Step' online. Although I'm unlikely to play live under the name. I wish to record other projects using it. I also believe I've ben using it a lot longer.
What are the implications?

Yeah they joined up here not too long back if I remember right.

Not a great deal you can do, unless, you have registered your name as a trademark.

Not going to worry about it at present, there are a few duplicated band names I can think of, all low key and seemingly no hassle...
